Great Tour for Families - Our guide, Sofi, was beyond fantastic! We had three little ones and she was very good with them. The tour was informative but not overly boring, exactly what we wanted. Her English was great and we had no issues communicating with her. The market was wonderful, the city is beautiful. She gave the children a token at the end of the tour. I highly recommend her, especially for families.

Great Tour Guide - Poor Follow-Through by the Company - Our guide was very good - knowledgeable, friendly, and patient! The two-star mark down is strictly for the company. The TripAdvisor listing reads "Please indicate in your reservation where you would like the tour to start, or where you would like to be picked up." I indicated to the company that we were arriving via cruise ship and that we would like to be picked up at the port. This was acknowledged and confirmed by the company. However, they assigned a tour guide who doesn't drive and couldn't make the pick-up. We ended up taking a taxi (at our expense) to meet the guide in town. Fortunately, our guide was very good about communicating with us to establish a meeting point.
