Great Experience - This was a great experience. The 2 hours is sufficient time. They provided cold Sangria and beer, and we were also allowed to bring our own food and drink on board. Erik was great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and generally a cool guy. He let me steer the boat. Thanks very much, birthday well spent.

Phenomenal - Highly recommended, very good attention both in the management of the reservation and in the changes we had to make for personal reasons. As for the boat, as seen in the photos and the captain very nice.

Beautiful relaxing sail - Finding the boat was easy and had the skippers number a day prior. The sail was beautiful and the boat was comfortable. Drinks were provided. The skipper was nice and spoke English.

Bait and switch - Having booked months in advance, our boat was switched the day before our hire from a yacht to a vastly inferior ‘vessel’ - a pontoon style boat dominated by a central bar table and bicycle/pedal seats. Uncomfortable, disappointing and not what we paid for.

very disappointed - We traveled all the way from the US, combining flights and trains, to meet friends who drove three hours from Madrid with their families and children, expecting to enjoy a beautiful prepaid sailing day on a 44.3 Sail boat . Upon arrival, we were shocked to learn—without any prior notice—that the boat had been canceled. The company’s alternative was completely unacceptable: first, trying to place us on a small motorboat with pedals, and then offering us a $700 sailboat with a captain who was extremely rude and unprofessional. He refused to communicate in English, spoke only to my friend in Spanish, and bluntly told us he would not be raising the sails because it was “too difficult.” The boat had no crew, just the captain, and the entire experience was both disappointing and embarrassing for our group. Although we were eventually refunded the $700, the damage was already done: our plans were ruined, our guests were let down, and the day we had all traveled so far for was wasted. I strongly advise others not to book with this company to avoid the same disappointing and unprofessional experience we had.
