Beautiful view of the beautiful city of Valencia - Nice tour only the boarding place was not there because of closure but no info about it is a pity that no info about it has been announced via email or text message

Not worth the money - The buses were running behind schedule, and the pick-up points weren’t particularly clear. The first half of the tour was great, with some good sights and the option to get off at the aquarium or museums. However, the second half of the tour took you off to the outskirts of the city, which seemed like a ploy to take you to the heavily advertised zoo. We spent about an hour stuck in traffic in an uninspiring part of town. The audio guide was out of sync, and there was an offensive beeping noise that played every few minutes for seemingly no reason. If this tour had been half the price, it would have been worth it.

Could have been much better - I didn't have too high expectations, but still I was disappointed. I wouldn't have mentioned the broken windshield of the bus, but it was just one of the issues. 1. The bus stops are not clearly specified. 2. The audio guide was not very interesting for a city with such history. And there was a very annoying beeping sound every few minutes. 3. In the middle of the tour, we stopped for 15 minutes in one place for no particular reason. 4. The earplugs which we got were not collected to be recycled at the end. Not worth the money, in my opinion.

It's part of a city trip - A bus without seating comfort, seat worn, cold. Window smash, dirty. Sitting tight, no room for your knees. Nice tour. Bus arrived on time. Friendly driver. Place enough on the bus, but to sit on a bench as a couple is not doable.

No responsibility for failures of their services - We went for two days to Valencia, to speed everything up, we chose to hire this service. Until we get to the oceanic all right. But when taking the next one, the driver was in a hurry and no headphones worked. Then, we got off at the port, and to take the next 11⁄2 hours to come, it did not meet the estimated schedule. We made the claim to the company and they never responded. A total lack of respect.

Don't do it! - By far worse bus trip. Firsty bus didnt arrived as scheduled and we were rudly told..take the next one in 45min or else.. you can go somewhere else. The next one was in time, but overcrowded. Few people were left behind and the next station couldnt even get on. Bus was old and uncomfortable. On the way back bus was somehow new but only few headphones working. Use other option to see Valencia!

A big disappointment - This tour was a disappointment, we have done many hop on hop of tours and were always thrilled. This tour was both of the info and the condition of the buses (info system and buses broken) . I can only advise against booking this tour!!!!!

Terrible experience - I went on this hop-on hop-off tour today with my parents, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve had with such a service. There was barely any information about the city or its landmarks, making it feel like just an overpriced bus ride. On the second bus we took, the audio didn’t work at all, so we got zero commentary. To make things worse, the buses were in a terrible state—one had severe damage at the front, which looked like a serious safety hazard. Overall, a complete waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this tour to anyone.

Horrible. - Take Bus Red at stop number 5 Océanographico and finish the tour to the terminal/start point, hoping to come back to the same place and well no. Arrived at the departure deck at 6:30 p.m., there was to be a departure at 6:45 p.m. and another at 7 p.m., but nothing. We had to go back by subway. Other negative points: - very old bus - bus very noisy - no audio guide -no comments from the driver, even in Spanish To avoid

Better not!!! Full of disaster!! - Never again!! Bus 1 hour late! Explanations of the stations are a boldness! Price totally unacceptable. Timetable was shortened by hours in the afternoon!
