Good tour - The tour was very well organized. The bus was air-conditioned, and we were told about various sights during the trip. Once we arrived at each location, we had enough time to explore the area. Overall, a very good experience.

To do!! - The caves are beautiful. The guide was very nice, on the bus and at the entrance to the site. I had looked to go by taxi but in the end it costs more than 400 euros round trip, so good option with this company

Recommended +++ - Tour was beautiful, we went with the bus, it was comfortable and air conditioned, guide was telling us about the places we passed in English and in Spanish. The guide was extremely nice and friendly, he was making small talk, answering a lot of our questions, gave us suggestions, and made the whole experience even more memorable. When we arrived we were divided into two groups. We were in the second group so we had some free time before the cave tour. Guide suggested where to go for the coffee and for the walk. The cave tour was brilliant, beautiful, exciting, and the guide in there was also telling a lot of interesting information about the caves in both languages. (We were lucky he knew English). After the excellent tour, we had time for the bathroom and some more coffee, went to the bus and drove back to the centre. Ride was less than 1 hour, and again guide was telling a lot of interesting facts about the things we pass! Experience was brilliant.♥️

A nice trip out of town - The tour is very simple: there are 3 possible starting points, the guide arrives with a private bus to pick you up and you leave in the direction of Coves de Sant Josep. The journey takes about an hour. You arrive at the caves and make the visit with the local guide. The cave is very beautiful and you can visit it on board a boat. After the visit, you return to the bus and leave to return to Valencia, where the stops are the same as the departure. The departure time is convenient: our tour departed at 10:00 from the Torres de Serrans. At 14:00 we were back in Valencia. Only small criticism: at the time of departure it was difficult to recognize the guide, in fact from the towers of Serrans depart many tours in the morning and there are many people looking for the right tour. If the guide had a badge or a sign to be recognized it would have been much easier.

Not having an English speaking guide on boats is a disadvantage - The transport was well organised and the organiser who took us on the coach (spoke great English) and hung around the caves area was helpful and friendly. The caves themselves are beautiful, however not having an English speaking guide on the boat is a major disadvantage. We missed a lot of background information and the trip was less engaging as we had no context/history of what we were looking at and after a while you’ve seen enough and it turned into a small boat ride. If you are going I would insist on getting an English guide. The price is steep if you don’t get the maximum experience including the information and background and history of the place.
