A little challenging hike, but a great experience - We enjoyed the tour, just be aware when they say it's a windy road to travel in the bus, they mean it. The water experience at the end is lovely, but please bring water shoes to go into the pool, it's very rocky. The restaurant they stop at above the town has really good food so if you don't want to bring anything you will be okay.

Loved it! Wonderful experience! - The day was perfectly planned—we were never rushed and never bored! The hike was challenging enough to be fun and feel like we had a good workout, the swimming area lovely and the water was magical. Don’t forget to bring flip flops in addition to your hiking shoes—the beach area is a bit rocky. :) Recommend very highly!!

Fun hike, fabulous pools, great guide! - Getting out of the city into the mountains was wonderful, and made even better by our great guide Alejandro. Although a hot day, they made sure we saw amazing natural sites, including the giant cave. Majestic thermal pools at the end of the hike were outstanding. Thanks Alejandro!

Great excursion! - The hike was fun and beautiful. The guides were great. Pack some light snacks or lunch and water. The hot water baths were refreshing in the end. Just wear your suit under your hiking clothes and bring a beach towel to sit on or dry off with. We would do it again for sure. Highly recommended!😊

Unforeseeable nature - Nice hike! Provide footwear that can withstand ascents and descents over rocky terrain. Allow plenty of water in warm seasons. If it rained in the days before your trip, don’t be surprised if the water is cloudy. Nouha and Evelyne from Holà trip guided us well.

Some nice views but attempt the hike if you are fit not for faint hearted - We were arrived at meeting place and the bus was comfortable and had aircon. The journey is actually 1 hour and a half away not the hour as stated. There was some very winding tight bends on the way to the location. It was nice to stop at the village and get a coffee. The walk down from the village was around an hour and as described a gentle walk. We arrived and we were offered a hike of around 2 hours. I think the hosts should have explained more that the hike was quite challenging and the steep climbs were extremely challenging at tines and very slippy ss the stones slipped as you trod. A few people slipped and struggled to keep their feet. Older people would struggle on some of the paths especiallly in the heat. Some of the group were concerned on the intensity of the hike. It should be explained better in the write up of the trip. There was not really a reward for all the hard climb, once we reached the black cave, a little bit of an anti climax. The banhos its self was quite cold it did not feel 23 degrees as described. It was a pleasant day out but my expectations had been set higher by the description. The tour guide was enthusiastic but health and safety probably needs reviewing

Nice, but not great - Our group was 55-60 people, which is too many to take on a hiking tour and leads to slow transitions. The destination is a beautiful location, but not spectacular. It seems to be a highly touristed area. Our 2 guides were attentive and fun.
