If the Silk Exchange is closed for an event during your visit, we offer the option to send tickets to guests for independent entry in the afternoon, or we will attempt to exchange them for tickets of equal value to another museum or monument.

Great experience. Valencia's historical heritage in a walk - Hello,
We took the guided tour "Essential Valencia and its World Heritage Sites (Tour in Spanish)" on Sunday, July 6, 2025, and the experience is absolutely recommended. Our guide, Sara, made the tour very entertaining thanks to her knowledge and friendliness. We found it a simple and enjoyable way to get an overview of Valencia's heritage, simply by strolling through this beautiful city.
It is definitely worth it.

Fantastic guided walking tour of Valencia - This walking tour of Valencia transports you to several different periods of the city’s past. Our guide, Sofi, was an expert not only in history but in how to captivate her guests. She used maps and photos as teaching tools, and she pointed out architectural subtleties that were attached to the city’s history. She imparted the importance of cultural traditions, and we came away from our tour appreciating how Valencia’s diverse and rich past has shaped it into the modern city it is today.

Excellent. A must for understanding the history - The tour was excellent and guide Sara was very well informed. The tour also provided acess to the silk exchange which is a must see. It lasted just under two hours starting from the train station and finishing at the cathedral providing a good opportunity to get a sense of the city and its history.

Informative, friendly and efficient tour of Valencia with Sarah, our guide, who clearly knows and loves the town. - We joined the tour and found Sarah to be well-prepared, knowledgeable and customer-focused. She had a good walking pace, always found shade for the group, and gave an in-depth historical overview of the city’s history and culture. She had plenty of visual references, including the buildings, maps and images on her i-pad and a physical map to which always gave us context. She ended the tour with several possibilities to continue our explorations further, giving directions and good tips to each tourist. I liked her tasteful sense of humour and the cadence of the tour. We highly recommend her to any tourist wishing to make the acquaintance of Valencia.

Architecture & Silk stand out! - Maria, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and engaging to the "audience " of all ages and nationalities of our group.
After having already walked some of the city our own, this tour gave us a new perspective of the history and cultural influences that make it so unique. The highlight was the Silk Trade building part of the tour-a must see!
The length was perfect for someone who has limited time and wants to know highlights of the city center or anyone who wants to just know more about the beautiful city of Valencia!

Overall good.Perhaps more about current events the week we were in tbe city sbd less reference to a festival in March. - It was an interesting tour. I would have liked a little more information about the building in between our specific stops.

An experience that did not occur - I arrived at the west tower of the train station and there was no one there with a sign to indicate the tour. I waited for 5 minutes and called the tour operator and asked where was rhe tour guide. He said that she had not arrived but would call me to let me know where she was located. She DID NOT CALL. Then at 17 minutes later i was sent a message saying that she had been trying to contact me (which is a lie) and that she could no longer wait. This tour never contacted me before the tour, never corresponded with me before the tour and if you ask patrons to meet in a huge train station give a specific spot. I cant say if the tour is great or not
