Worth it - Friendliest staff, waited for groups and called if they were not downstairs yet giving chances so no one missed the excursion, they have a list to verify you’re in the group, cleanest bus, I can’t emphasize how friendly the staff is, tour was well worth it, grounds were beautiful! Tour guides acknowledged generations of ownership but also the dark history too tastefully. Loved it.

Great experience - Great experience with this company. Was picked up from my hotel and brought to Laura. We had a guided tour at Laura, time to shop or view the museum and then were picked up and dropped back off. I appreciated the phone call morning of to confirm the details. Friendly driver

Tour Great...transportation needs work - Tour of the Laura Plantation very interesting, well presented. Very informative Transportation left a lot to be desired. They were late picking us up which was past the scheduled final pickup time, then still had others to pick up. Once there, the driver dropped off at the other plantation, then on the way to our tour pulled off the side of the road to run over a hill, not sure if he was sick or to relieve himself, so we got there 6 minutes before our tour was to start The bus we rode on did not appear to have any shock absorbers. It was terribly rough, rattle a lot and really caused me personally back pain the rest of the day.

Oak Alley Plantation - Wanda was very nice and good conversationalist. We got stuck in traffic jam on I 10. This made us late arriving at the Oak Alley Plantation. The plantation is gorgeous and while I appreciated the information on the family that built it and the dark history of those times, I would have liked more information on the house, property, other structures and the restoration process. The time alloted for the visit was cut short due to the traffic jam, and I felt it was already not enough time to see and do everything there is to do there. The transport bus needs some serious suspension and/or shock absorber maintenance. Would recommend this tour with the information that it is not for someone that really wants to spend time seeing everything, like I would have liked to.

Nice - The Oak Alley plantation looked great, wish we had spent more time there. Also, the tour bus should have some stickers or signs to make it easier to spot. The AC was blasting at the bus, everyone ended up coughing.
