Excellent guides - Punctual and very professional company. We made two trails with the company. Emerald lagoon with guide aime and glacier vinciguerra with guide Lucia. Both extremely attentive and sympathetic. I recommend the company. The glacier walk would not be the same without the other guide's Andean bitch. Sensational.

Beautiful experience - I shared the experience with 4 other travelers. Juan the guide was anticipating everything, was very entertaining and attentive throughout the journey. The difficulty of the road was of medium level. The views are spectacular.

Amazing views and excellent guides - Beautiful hike!. Loved the diverse terrain from the peat bogs to the forest ascending up to the glacier. Facundo was an EXCELLENT guide — experienced, capable and well versed on nature and history. Highly recommend.

Vinciguerra Glacier - From the attention by WhatsApp to when you are picked up is a 10/10 let you know the day before what time they will be approaching you, if you need something they take you have the rental service that is very accessible. the excursion is wonderful, the guide is re friendly take all the photos you want, explain and take all your doubts regarding the place!! I would definitely re-book any of the other services they have!!!

Hike to the Vinciguerra glacier - Great trail to the Glacier (way up 3.5hrs and 500m ), beautiful view of the glacier and Laguna, small group of nice people, our guide Tobias was very nice and gave lots of tips on the area (plants, glacier, turbia, …). We highly recommend, you need to be in good shape

spectacular - I loved the trekking, spectacular, we went in a group with Ana and Juan. Very good the climb to the glacier, they very attentive to everything, upstairs we had lunch fast as it started to snow and we should have started the descent, it is a must-see walk, unique experience to live it and well guided, they were relating data of the area.

Depending on the group can be extremely slow. Can be done on your own in spring/summer - The tour is fine and you can enjoy it without a doubt. Not very demanding if you ask me after doing 3 much harder in the last week (Monte Fitz Roy or Torres del Paine to name some). The tour guide Juan was good and professional. Not an issue with him. However due to the lower level of his trekking (they put it as medium/hard as it’s a constant uphill path with some plateau areas), many people will book it and they are physically not ready. Unfortunately this is what happened to us and we were extremely slow to the point to desperation (we were constantly passed and overtaken because we were going too slow). We could not do anything as there was only one guide so we need to adapt to the slow person/group in this case. The “funny” part was that the day before this agency was the only one in all the trekking and hiking we have done that asked to filled a document with name, birthday, email, shoe size, physical activity weekly, presence of any disease/condition, etc. why do they do that if at the end it does not really matter? Conclusion: guide was good, the trekking is good and in summer time you can do it on your own as many people are doing and the snow area is not hard if you follow others steps. In winter time better with the guide unless you are a professional hiker
