• Garnet Hill Loop Trailhead (2k2) - Set off on a picturesque adventure along the Garnet Hill Loop trail, a varied path that highlights the finest of Yellowstone’s scenery. The day starts with a 60-minute drive to the Garnet Hill Trailhead, departing at 7:00 AM. The trail offers a fascinating blend of settings: beginning in open sagebrush, it meanders through a vibrant riparian area rich with wildlife and a gentle creek. The path then descends into a striking canyon sculpted by the mighty Yellowstone River, providing stunning vistas. The journey concludes by returning through the undulating hills of the open sagebrush plains, completing the loop. Arrival back at Yellowstone Forever Headquarters is scheduled for 2:30 PM.
