intimate portrayal of the shipbuilding community - Julie, our tour guide, was terrific - gave an intimate portrayal of the shipbuilding community that made up historic Kennebunkport, including a tour of several houses. She also knew a great deal about the local gardens, which were stunning! Highly recommend.

Historic Kennebunkport - We loved the guided tour through downtown Kennebunkport. Didn’t realize how many sea captain homes were in the area. Would highly recommend the tour for anyone interested in history.

Great tour! - Julie was knowledgeable and engaging. We learned a lot of history and gained some great local tips as well (good places to eat/shop). You could tell she loves living here and knows the locals (she spoke to several passing by). We got to go inside two of the historic houses which have been converted into inns. Definitely worth the investment. Highly recommend!

Nice getting to know the history behind the buildings - Marlene was great and the history facts she provided was wonderful. I appreciate her finding paths of shade on such a hot day.

Great tour! - I loved this tour. Beth was an excellent tour guide. So many beautiful houses to look at accompanied by interesting historical facts. We were able to go into two of the houses that are now hotels. Very cool! Worth it if you love walking through neighborhoods and learning about local history.

Historical Homes of Kennebunk - Very informative tour by Pete. He did a great job explaining the history of Kennebunk and answering questions. Would’ve been helpful if he’d had a small mobile speaker to amplify his voice over the many cars, trucks, and motorcycles.
