Problem Free Shuttle - We booked the shuttle from the port of Miami to the airport. The driver communicated with us prior to pick-up. He was on time and very professional.

Highly Recommend! - Great company to use. We had 10 people and a minimum of 10 suitcases to accommodate getting to and from Maimi airport from our hotels. Arrived on time. I was able to speak to the drivers directly and make sure we knew where to go to both pickup points. Also helped with our luggage and were very nice people too. Would highly recommend using and they are very reasonably priced for a large group.

Quick and Easy - Booked online after Getting off the ship earlier than expected called to change pick up time and was picked up within 15 minutes with no issues of changing my original reservation

Poor communication - Was unable to find the driver for over 30 min. He was in another location than we agreed. We were in Zone 5 at the port and he was in zone 7 on the other side of the entrance. Communication was poor.
