• Traveler must be able to get on or off the boat on difficult conditions like low or high tides.

• Name on reservation must be the one on the boat No Exceptions.
• No smoking on board.
• Max 6 passengers by law (including infants).
• Disruptive passengers may be asked to disembark at another dock in the city at their own expense.
• Please arrive on time. The boat waits up to 10 minutes past departure. After that, late arrivals are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.
• No parking is available at the marina. Please allow extra time, especially during rush hour, as traffic and parking can delay you.
• Every passenger, regardless of age, must pay a fare.
• Trips require a minimum of 3 passengers. If fewer are booked, we’ll contact you to reschedule, upgrade to a private trip, or purchase the missing seat.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
