Upon reaching Aguas Calientes, you will take a bus that ascends a mountain road to the entrance of the historic sanctuary of Machu Picchu.
Accompanied by a professional guide, you will explore the main areas of Machu Picchu, gaining insights into the history, architecture, and enigma of this Wonder of the World.
After the tour, you will return by bus to Aguas Calientes, where you can enjoy an optional lunch and have free time to discover the town.

Excellent One-Day Trip to Machu Picchu - I took the one-day train excursion to Machu Picchu from Cusco with Marvelous Peru, and it was a very well-organized experience. From early in the morning, transportation was punctual and the staff was attentive at all times. The train ride was comfortable and offered spectacular views.
Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, everything was already arranged. The guide welcomed us and accompanied us throughout the entire visit to Machu Picchu, providing clear and insightful explanations about the site's history and architecture.
The included lunch was very good, and the return trip went smoothly as well. It was an intense day, but truly rewarding. This tour is perfect if you’re short on time and want to visit Machu Picchu in a safe and well-planned way.
I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a complete and worry-free experience. Thank you, Marvelous Peru!

A Comfortable and Fascinating Journey to a World Wonder - This train tour was an amazing experience from start to finish. The ride from Cusco to Aguas Calientes was simply beautiful, full of green landscapes, mountains, and rivers. Traveling by train was comfortable, relaxing, and very photogenic.
Upon arriving at Machu Picchu, everything was perfectly organized. The guide was friendly, clear, and very knowledgeable, and the lunch was delicious.
The views were breathtaking, and we took tons of photos. A perfect option if you want to enjoy the full experience without worrying about logistics. Highly recommended!

A dream come true: the magic of Machu Picchu in a single day - The tour to Machu Picchu was an unforgettable experience, one that will leave a lasting impression. From the moment we departed by train to Aguas Calientes, everything was very well organized and filled with excitement. The scenery during the tour was already breathtaking, but nothing compares to the feeling of standing in front of the Inca citadel.
Machu Picchu commands awe with its energy, history, and architectural perfection amidst the mountains and mist. Walking among its stone walls is like traveling back in time. The guide was very clear in explaining every detail and helped us better understand the cultural significance of the site.
Although it was a one-day visit, it felt complete and enriching. I highly recommend it, especially if you're looking to connect with history, nature, and something deeper that can't be explained in words—only felt when you're there.
Machu Picchu isn't just seen, it's experienced.

A Perfect Day at Machu Picchu - This day trip to Machu Picchu by train was absolutely incredible! Everything was very well organized, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The train ride was beautiful, the views along the way looked like something out of a movie.
Once we arrived at Machu Picchu, our guide gave us a fantastic tour. He was very knowledgeable and passionate. Lunch after the visit was delicious, definitely the perfect way to end the day

Wonderful - I took the one-day tour from Cusco to Machu Picchu by train with this agency, and the experience was impeccable from start to finish. From the prior arrangements to every detail of the day, everything was perfectly organized. I didn't have to worry about a thing, as they took care of the train tickets, admission to Machu Picchu, internal transportation, and lunch. Wonderful!
The day started early with a punctual pickup from my accommodation, which already gave me great peace of mind. The train ride was beautiful, with incredible scenery throughout the entire journey. Upon arriving in Aguas Calientes, the entire team was waiting for us and guided us with great clarity and kindness.
The visit to Machu Picchu was simply magical. The guide was truly passionate about Inca history and explained every corner of the site with respect, depth, and charisma. I loved learning so much while we walked through this sacred and energetic place. Despite being a single day trip, everything felt well-organized, unhurried, and with time to enjoy.
The included lunch was very good, with a variety of options and excellent service. Afterward, we had free time to stroll around Aguas Calientes before returning to Cusco.

Dream Machupicchu - Visiting Machu Picchu was always a dream, and being able to do it with a tour that included the entrance ticket and lunch was the perfect decision. The convenience of having everything organized allowed me to relax and fully immerse myself in the wonder of the Inca citadel.
The guided tour of Machu Picchu was essential. Our guide, an expert in Inca history and culture, took us through the designated circuits (it is important to know that there are different circuits and your ticket assigns you one) and revealed the secrets of each temple, plaza and terrace. Highlights such as the Temple of the Sun, the Intihuatana, the Temple of the Three Windows and the Main Plaza came alive with the explanations. It is amazing how the Incas built such a complex and harmonious city in such a challenging environment.
The Machu Picchu tour with ticket and lunch is a fantastic way to live this unique experience. You take away the stress of planning and concentrate on enjoying the majesty of this archaeological site. It is a trip that will undoubtedly remain etched in your memory forever!

A Day to Remember - This one-day tour to Machu Picchu was perfect for those with limited time who don’t want to miss this wonder. Scammed - Do Not Book! - Please do not book this tour!! The company never reached out and completely ghosted us about this tour. Luckily we recognized some warning signs prior to the tour start date, so we were able to work around this, but this company is absolutely a scam.
Had we not had our wits about us, we could have completely missed Machu Picchu. This company does not have a What’s App #, the one provided does not go to them. No one will answer you.
Viatour helped us get a refund since we recognized it, but PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR.

AVOID at all costs, don’t waste your $$$ - I was at meeting spot 10 minutes early, waited 20 minutes in 42 degree temp, called your operator numerous times, no answer. Texted Viator help line, no answer. Waited another 30 minutes, no show on the operator.
I wasted thousands of dollars flying to Lima, another flight to Cusco, hotel for 3 days in Cusco, only to miss Machu Picchu.
DO NOT Schedule this tour with this company.

Unprofessional - We are extremely upset and angry with this booking. We booked about a month ago and even confirmed as of the day before. We were scheduled for a pick up at 4 AM. At 4:20 we reached out because the driver had not yet arrived and were informed that the tour was canceled. We planned our whole week around that day and it was extremely unprofessional for them to cancel that morning, especially after having us wake up early and wait for almost an hour before we received the news of the cancellation. We will not be booking through Viator again.
