Best Tour Agency in Peru - Cannot thank Jorge and his team(Edson, Cesar) enough. I booked my trip to Peru with very short notice and totally non refundable. I didn't know the situation with the Ministry of Culture and with Machu tickets being sold out online for months. I booked several other tours that were cancelled by the respective agencies for this reason. Jorge made a miracle happen for me and was able to secure my entry to the mountain. In addition, got me on Rainbow Mountain the next day and arranged my transportation to and from my ENTIRE trip. Great communication and execution of everything for me. They went above and beyond. I could not recommend them more. Amazing guys

Amazing tour to the Humantay Lake - The tour was absolutely amazing and smooth. The driver/guide John was a very nice person, helping us from the moment we met till the second we parted. The tour started at 4am, which was a great start because it is a littler earlier than most of the crowds, which means less or no people in your picture background. For every step, we were ahead of people so that’s a real plus for us. John doesn’t speak much English but we had fun talking with him with my little Spanish and google translate. We enjoyed having him as our guide and he took tons of photos for us.

wonderful experience in Machu Picchu - Thank you to Jorge for arranging everything for us. We contacted him quite late, as we couldn’t get weekend tickets in Aguas Calientes at the last minute. He immediately helped us book Machu Picchu for the next day, including the return train and transportation to our accommodation. We are truly very grateful to him! Jorge was very meticulous with the arrangements, and we felt very safe. He is a trustworthy person! Highly recommended! We are also very thankful to our tour guide in Machu Picchu, Darcy. He was kind and gave a very clear and informative introduction. Unlike some other tour guides, he never tried to overcharge tourists or ask them to buy him 50-peso drinks. Bring extra sunscreen, cameras, water, snacks. - As soon as I booked I received communication from George. It was a late booking for me, but I got in anyway. There were lines and waiting for tickets and the choosing of circuits that I was unaware of before I went. Overall the experience is a once and a lifetime trip! Unforgettable!

Incredible Full day Machu Picchu Tour with Salkantay Travel Peru - An unforgettable day exploring the wonder of Machu Picchu with Salkantay Travel Peru! The tour was perfectly organized from the early pickup to the scenic train ride and guided visit. Our guide was passionate and knowledgeable, bringing the history of the Incas to life. Everything ran smoothly - highly recommended for a stress-free Machu Picchu experience.

Bad is disappointing experience!! FUJAM!!! - A disappointment. I bought the ride through the Viator to not bother me. What an illusion... As soon as I made the purchase, the local operator contacted me and informed me that this tour (turn and return) was not available, but rather the 2-day program, with overnight stay in Aguas Calientes with the additional payment of 60 dollars per person. Until then, I agreed. I received the train tickets and the information that my MP tickets would be delivered by the guide in Aguas Calientes. From Viator, I received the tour voucher (including the information that MP tickets were included) and informed the billing. The day before, in Cusco, I received a person at the hotel and paid the difference of $60 per person, which would correspond to the AC hotel. On the scheduled day, with more than an hour of delay, we finally found the guide from Cusco who led us to the train station. When we arrived in Aguas Calientes, an unprepared guide, who was even at the station, informed us that we would have to buy tickets for the next day, but that, unfortunately, they were already exhausted!! That is: there were no entries for MP. After a lot of talk with the operator, he assured us that we would make the visit with another local guide. However, this person also did not have the tickets and offered the possibility to enter the sanctuary clandestinely, through the exit door and, if we could enter, he would be there inside waiting to guide us. We turn our backs. I am not a criminal in my own country and I would not do anything wrong abroad. With a lot of frustration, we are back. Should have a transfer at the train station in Ollantaytambo. I didn't. After a lot of discussion, at 22:00 in the interior of Peru, a local taxi was provided. With fear and distrust, we accepted and happily arrived in Cusco well. But without visiting Machu Picchu, which was the goal of the trip. There were other peregrines, but what I told was the most important. I bought a package ready for guaranteed entry and tranquility and that was my mistake. There were no tickets. Now, I will try to return what I paid (more than 5,000 reais), but the frustration remains. I disseminate so others don't fall into that hole. At the end: we were, on that day, 6 people injured: people from Brazil, Spain and the USA. All with the same operator and version.
