Rio boat tour - Great experience, wonderful tour guide and excellent communication. Would definitely recommend, although the boat was kinda small for the big waves.

Boat trip overlooking the Whales . - We love the boat ride. Pilot Hugo was very friendly, took us on the whale route and we were able to see a beautiful show in the day. The landscape is lush. It's worth it.

Fantastic boat tour around the nicest spots of Rio - My family and I had a great time during this tour, the captain of the boat was extremely friendly and pleasant, drinks were cold and refreshing. Perfect experience and deeply recommend it.

Launch in the River - All simple but amazing, organized and with good energies. I recommend remembering to take a Dramin before the ride, as the waves are usually strong

Excellent - It was great, thank you. I had a really good time and the captain was very friendly and helpful. Great views and swimming stops. It's not 3 hours it's less with 2 swimming stops.

Lack of assertive communication - Just to remember, they sell speedboat/boat trips and not the Sun! So they don't control the weather. I hired my tour through the MORAIS agency and when I got there it was this Rio Island, I didn't understand, but ok. This MORAIS agency gave me a time of 2:30 pm for the tour, which would be a 3-hour tour and would catch the sunset (it was cloudy on the day, there was no sunset and at the end there was a drizzle, but they are not to blame for the weather forecast). When I got there, the guy from Rio Island informed me that the tour was at 3:30 pm, I had to wait for 1 hour, terrified of being canceled because the weather was getting closer and closer. Anyway, there were 3 groups for this tour, about 12-14 people in each group, my group's boat was the only one that had a bathroom and HOW DISGUSTING, the bathroom was a puddle of piss, it looked chemical and it didn't flush (??) I know There's not even that possibility, with each wave the piss overflowed more. Other than that, it was a nice and incredible trip, the weather didn't help but it was worth the experience because Rio is beautiful in itself, in the description there were 3 stops for diving, we only had 2. And the description also mentioned each region we would pass through (I didn't have a guide so we went through them all like this (??) it was all the same in the middle of the sea), but it was delicious, apart from those “troubles”. I took a close-up and then changed the sky in Photoshop, everything was fine. But I think they should have a little more contact with the contractor, have more assertive and detailed communication.

Not the best speedboat tour experience - We didn't have the best experience. The tour is advertised as an English tour but there is no commentary regarding the sights nor did the guide engage in any way with the travellers. Basically, the boat takes you around the bay and stops in two places for everyone to have a swim but that's pretty much it. The tour was also advertised as three hours - but we started half an hour late and ended half an hour early. It was nice to see Rio from the water but I wouldn't recommend this particular tour - especially if you are looking for a guided tour.

STAY AWAY - Unprofessional, Dishonest, and Aggressive. - This was one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had while traveling. I originally booked a shared boat tour, and everything seemed fine at first. But after I paid through Viator, the operator tried to push me into switching to a private tour, then demanded a much higher price than what was originally agreed upon. When I questioned the new amount, they tried to charge me even more by manipulating exchange rates and adding hidden fees through PayPal. I showed clear proof of what I had already paid and what was actually due, based on their own pricing. Instead of correcting it, they became aggressive, dismissive, and even accused me of fraud simply for doing the math and for clarity and making sure they don’t cheat me. They also threatened to charge a “captain fee” after canceling — even though I had clearly stated I was willing to pay the correct remaining balance. Their tone turned threatening and rude, trying to intimidate me into paying more than I owed. Fortunately, I saved the entire chat and submitted everything to Viator for review. Do not book with this operator. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and use pressure tactics to push customers into paying more after booking. I do not recommend this tour or company to anyone. Save your money and avoid the stress.
