Great afternoon whale watching - Went with Spirit of Hervery Bay on the afternoon tour it was fantastic had a wonderful afternoon seen a lot of whales around the boat. It's a comfortable boat to travel with, we are return travellers as we were so happy last year when we went with them.

Majestic - 'Awesome' is the best word to describe our magical time on the Spirit of Hervey Bay.
Great crew, great skipper; the stories and knowledge shared were brilliant.
And we must not forget the excitement of seeing the double breach.

Highly recommend this tour for the boat and the whales! - Fantastic experience with this tour. The boat was beautiful, immaculately clean, crew very friendly and engaging. We saw a lot of whales. They were all around us, breaching, slapping, clapping, logging, feeding - put on a good show all around the boat. We were fortunate to be out on a day when there were a lot of whales migrating. Highly recommend this larger boat that gives a smooth ride, can go fast and covers more area then the smaller boats. It also has plenty of comfortable sitting options, in sun and out of sun. Great tour!

Whale watching from Hervey Bay - a must - A magnificent sunny afternoon and so many whales. One of the best things I’ve ever seen. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable.

Amazing tour and great for young families. - I decided last minute to take my 4 year old 3 year old and 1 year old whale watching while my husband was at work and it was easily the best decision we made! Everything about it was amazing. The staff were incredible, unbelievably friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The boat was large and fast meaning the ride was smooth with no-one getting sick (which for our 3 year old was a massive win). The whales were amazing, they came right up to the boat. There were so many viewing spots on the boat, including the water line viewing deck which made the experience even more amazing. They also had a microphone to hear the whales which was a big highlight for the girls. I could not recommend the tour enough it was such a magical day!

Top whale watching experience - Our second time on this boat. Fantastic experience with plenty of time to watch the whales on a half day tour. The boat handled the conditions well even on a windy day. Plenty of room to move about and to sit and see the inside of K’gari on the return trip back to the harbour

Loved our Whale Watching Experience - This is an amazing experience and one we throughly enjoyed. the crew was very attentive to all on board. we saw dozens of pods of whales and the captain gave some really good information about humpback whales and what they do. We think this is really good value as the boat is very comfortable and you can move around and experience all the different parts of the boat. We started in the open deck and moved to the bottom deck on the way home as it was a hot day and we had enough of the sun. Loved the experience and will definately come again.
