Lots of whales seen - Lovely afternoon out. The crew are very caring and friendly . Saw many whales including a very curious mother and calf who seemed as keen to see us as we were of them. Caring skipper - taking the engines out of gear when the whales were close to avoid any contact.

Disability friendly-five stars - Many places claim to be accessible but this trip really was. I use a mobility scooter and access onto the boat was easy with solid ramps access around the boat was also easy. We saw dozens of whales and I was able to view then easily. Our skipper was very skilled and respectful to the whales. The whales came to the boat. All the staff were kind and considerate of all the passengers. They even managed to fix my scooter when it randomly decided to stop working- truly miraculous. Would highly recommend this company to all people

Unforgettable Whale Watching with Hervey Bay Whale Watch! - We had an incredible experience with Hervey Bay Whale Watch! The crew was outstanding—energetic, highly knowledgeable about humpback whales, and dedicated to making our trip unforgettable. Despite chilly conditions (13°C air, 18°C water), we tried the whale swim, but poor underwater visibility limited what we saw. Impressively, they didn’t charge us for the swim, prioritizing a quality experience. Above water, we saw whales breaching and tail-slapping up close, with engaging commentary from the crew. Compared to whale watching in other places we have visited, this was hands-down the best! Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Hervey Bay!

Spoilt for choice. - We saw so many whales! Each time we moved away, it was only to find more. Some came incredibly close to the boat, which made for an unforgettable experience. The vessel had three viewing levels, each with stairs or platforms that provided great access and views. You could move about freely, and everyone had a chance to be at the rail—no standing five deep or getting a ponytail to the face! A fantastic experience all round.

Absolutely Amazing Whale Watching Experience! - From start to finish, this was an unforgettable day on the water. The crew were incredible—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about marine life. They made sure everyone was comfortable and gave us plenty of fascinating insights about the whales and local area. What stood out most for us was how baby-friendly the entire experience was. We brought our pram on board with no issues at all, and there was wheelchair and pram access throughout the vessel, which made things so much easier for our family. It’s rare to find a tour this accommodating for parents with young children or anyone with mobility needs. We saw several whales up close and had great viewing from all areas of the boat. The crew even helped position us for the best views while making sure safety came first. Highly recommend this company to families, couples, and anyone who wants a comfortable, accessible, and awe-inspiring encounter with nature. We’ll definitely be back!

Great experience - Amazing trip. Got to see lots of whales. Unfortunately they didnt all want to come too close to the boat but they are wild animals and this can't be guaranteed.

Best whale watching boat in Hervey Bay, especially if disabled. - We booked on an overcast day wondering what it would be like with my husband on a disability scooter. Superb boat with an extremely knowledgeable skipper and excellent staff, that offered assistance and checked Chris frequently that he could see the amazingly curious whales that came to view the boat! The boat was perfect for all ability access ability. Could not fault anything!

All we could have hoped for. - A great, well organised and informative trip with loads of close up action from the beautiful whales. These guys certainly know where to find them. We did the morning trip with the optional drop off on K’gari which added to the whole experience. Well worth it.

Get your camera ready - Brilliant experience. Very experienced captain and crew were impeccable. Amazing knowledge about everything that was happening. Soooo friendly, helpful and kind. Lovely boat. Had an absolutely fabulous day. 5 star from me😁
