OK for killing time - You can kill a bit of time with it, but the game is completely generic (i.e. it has nothing to do with the city) and the puzzles aren't very difficult. If you're looking at the city anyway, you can play the game on the side, but whether it's worth the €20... Everyone has to decide for themselves.
