Cruise port to Caringorm National Park - what a day! - We had a great day with Ali! He was able to customize a package for our group of four. We went to Loch Morlich and hiked to Loch Aviemore. Our main goal was to get to Caringorm National Park from the cruise pier and it DID NOT disappoint! The scenery was spectacular, the Mountain Railway was fun and it provided spectacular views for lunch and picture taking. What a day - I highly recommend!

Great private tour of Southern Invergordon, you are in good hands with Aleman - Aleman picked us up directly from our cruise port in a comfortable van. He took us straight to Urquhart Castle to try to avoid some of the crowds. He walked us right into where we could watch the museum video on the castle, and then showed us where to go to explore the castle. From there we headed to out to see some highland cows up close. Then we stopped at the James Pringle Weavers shop, which also had a mini museum as well as a lady actively weaving and a Scotsman showing us various Scottish weaponry. It was a very hands-on and neat experience. You can also taste whiskey there, and it's a great place to pick up some wool products. We stopped in Inverness for lunch, and Aleman recommended a great pub called Highlander. Good food and great beers. Then we headed to Culloden Battlefield. We didn't do the museum, but we walked the battlefield a bit. And from there we headed to the Klava Cairns, which is where we wanted to spend more time and it was fantastic. Before we headed back to the dock, he showed us an elevated train track as well that is tucked away near the cairns. It's not the Harry Potter train track, but it looks very similar! It was a fantastic day, Aleman was super friendly and helpful. He truly loves Scotland and you can tell by his excitement to share his country with us.

Great day out. - The initial response from Ali was very prompt and courteous. I told him the locations we wanted to visit, and he advised me on what I should do. He was very friendly and gave us background information throughout the day. He ensured we were able to visit our requested locations and included some additional sites, after discussing our preferences. He collected us at the agreed time and ensured we were back at the cruise terminal in plenty of time. We would highly recommend him for an enjoyable visit to the Inverness area.
