Upon arrival at the take-off location, guests will be greeted with refreshments including coffee, tea, and water. They can then enjoy watching the ground crew prepare the balloon envelopes and baskets.
After a brief safety briefing, guests will gather around their basket as the pilot begins the exciting process of inflation. They will climb into the basket and, before they know it, will gently lift off the ground and ascend into the sky.
It’s time to fly! Following the staff’s instructions, guests will be safely secured in the basket as the ascent begins. The journey to 4,000 feet in the air is both peaceful and exhilarating.
