Amazing day out! - Fantastic experience and this gave us a real flavour of Sri Lankan life. We would highly recommend as we learned so much about the island and its culture. A visit to the markets to choose ingredients is followed by a fascinating insight into the local cooking style - can’t wait to try when we get home!

Amazing experience - Today I had a cooking class here at sea waves! I learned how to cook traditional Sri Lankan curries with spices home made by them. We made coconut milk from scratch and made 6 delicious dishes. All the ingredients we went to the local market to get which was a cool experience. I highly recommend this class. Thank you very much!

Dont go unless you find no other place to eat - Truly the food is not out of the world, plus the menu is limited. Most importantly, they denied a glass of drinking water for my medicine saying we have to buy a bottle! Also, in sri lanka where most places serving sri lankan food provide sambal, they gave us two table spoons of it and charged for that! And the sambal was onion with red chilly powder, salt and lemon, very unlike the sambal we had elsewhere in sri lanka. So all in all felt like a commercial place that wants to charge money for everything possible, and nothing authentic sri lankan food here! Also, please put non-diluted soap in the dispenser in the washroom, considering the prices are on a higher side, you can atleast not add water to the soap :D :D.
