Shadi was wonderful! - Shadi was a spectacular guide around historical sites north of Amman. The ride was filled with interesting facts and bits of history, and he was kind and funny. He accurately advised on how long to allow at each site and where we could save time. He arranged for a guide for us at Um Qais, who also previewed much of what we would see at Jarash. He helped communicate our dietary needs at the excellent lunch spot he recommended. I wish we were scheduled to be in Amman longer to have been able to do additional trips with Shadi.

One day family trip to Umm Quais, Ajloun, and Jerash from Amman - Shadi is fantastic. Very knowledgeable, professional, and an excellent driver. He also has a great sense of humor. We had a wonderful day trip and would gladly hire him again.

Great tour with the amazing Arafat - Arafat was amazing. He picked me up on time. I even rode in front by the driver seat so we can chat. He gave me a very detailed background of the places we will visit as well as some kept points to the places. We went to Umm Qais and went to the tunnels. It was very interesting to see how these structures were made without the help of modern technology. He showed me around the valley where the borders were. We then proceeded to go to Ajloun Castle and Jerash. It’s astonishing how this castle’s ability to defend against intruders. They thought about everything! From the bridge to the little windows that provided ventilation, aim and light. It was definitely worth seeing these sites and Arafat was just an amazing tour guide that helped me understand the history of these places and made the tour so much more enjoyable!

Highly recommended - Really enjoyed this tour. Adnan was a brilliant driver and shared lots of interesting information about Jordan along the way. Sites were wonderful especially Jerash. Everything was smooth and easy Also really appreciated the free WiFi and bottled water

Day Tour in Jordan - Our driver, Ahmed Khader was outstanding. He communicated with us in advance, we were picked up at our hotel at the time specified and most importantly not only he was an exceptional driver, Ahmed was personable and professional. He explained the entrance process at each site and made sure we were well taken care of during each visit. It takes a lot of practice and skill to drive in Jordan.. I would highly recommend Ahmed Khader.

A full-day trip from Amman - I just had one day in Amman and am glad that I went on this trip. It was a great experience seeing the Jordanian countryside and visiting three historic places on a day. I would highly recommend this trip. It was great to have private service. The driver, Adnan was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Worst Tour Guide Ever - DONOT TRAVEL WITH THE TOUR GUIDE MOHAMMAD! I REPEAT DO NOT TRAVEL WITH TOUR GUIDE MOHAMMED. Our tour guide Mohammad was a Scammer, and absolute jerk and me and my wife had one of the most terrifying, horrifying and scary experience of our life with Mohammed. I am sharing the details of how this tour guide Mohammad made our experience an absolute living nightmare: 1. First he looked like and was dressed very badly with chains and everything. He spoke very bad English and knew absolutely nothing about any of the historical sites or places we were visiting and made zero effort to provide any information. 2. Right from the beginning he started looking for opportunities to scam us and rip us off for more money at every single opportunity he got. Before the first site Umm qais he offered us to get a local guide for JD 30 and we asked him if it’s worth it and he said definitely. He started making some calls to his guy and when we reached the site he had another very shaddy guy waiting there who did not look like a tour guide. As soon as we entered, one of the official tourism ministry guides confronted our guides and then they started fighting with each other. It was terrifying for us and after the fight our tour guide took us out and asked us to just go on our own without a guide. My understanding was that he had his own uncertified guy who was setup to rip us off and then they would share the cut. Our experience was destroyed because we had no idea about the place or the history. After a while we saw our tour guide walking out of the tourism police office and told us that he had been arrested for using a fake outside guide. We were so shocked and terrified at the whole episode. 3. On the way to the second site he started looking for other opportunities to rip us off and told us not to buy anything from any local soviegneir shops and instead offered to take us to his friends shop where we would get a discount. We knew this was another scam and when we reached the shop they started forcing us to buy stuff we did not need. 4. When all his attempts failed to rip us off, he offered to take us to his favourite restaurant so that they could charge us a heavy price and then they would keep the cut. We refused and our tour guide started getting angry. 5. On the way back he started offering us airport drop off for our flight for a very high price so he could rip us off again. We refused again. 6. Finally he got really angry and gave me a card with QR code and threatened us to provide the review for their tour right at that moment. I refused and then he started pointing fingers at us saying that we need to provide the review now. I cannot stress the fact more that this tour guide was a complete scammer and a shady person and I urge the owner of the company to take immediate and strict action against this tour guide and remove him for their payroll. This tour guide is creating a terrifying experience for all tourists and I hope he is not allowed to do to other tourists what he did to us. Tour review: The tour itself had a great itinerary and the communication and booking experience with the company was really good. The sites we visited are a must see with so much history and doing it all in one day is a great experience. Tour is highly recommended but PLEASE DONOT GO WITH TOUR GUIDE MOHAMED.
