Bravo Shakabarker - Small boat so not too crowded and no embarrassment for photos. Friendly guide answering all our questions and with humor! Small snack along the way. Booking easy. I really recommend this agency.

Best hippo getaway of St. Louis Lucia. - We were picked up in time by a safari truck. The Guide was cheerful, friendly and could tell a lot about the animals and surroundings of St. Louis. Lucia.
Compared to the other boats/companies it is very small scale with small boats which makes it much more personal. Crocodiles, hippos and large bald eagles seen.

Recommended! - We were picked up on time by our Guide. He had super knowledge about the animals! You're only with a few people on the boat. It is not as massive/commercial as other companies you see sailing around. Along the way you get some fruit and drinks and you have the opportunity to walk around on the boat.

He does his best to ensure that you make the most of your excursion.

Not seen crocodiles but because of the cold and rain.

Very nice trip near the hippos - Super nice boat trip made and lots of hippos seen. Our Guide gave a lot of explanation and told with humor. Along the way we were well taken care of with coffee, tea and fruit.

Memorable Estuary wildlife experience - Kian was amazing!! We saw hippos, crocs, birds, zebra, a huge lizard and an elephant. Great tour! We ALL loved it!!!

A beautiful walk at sunset! - A nice walk and very nice Guide. Small boat Max 12 people which is really nice! We saw hippos, crocodiles, eagles... beautiful sunset! The little plus the snack on the boat.

Lovely sunset, friendly guide - Very nice guide, knowledgeable, and friendly. Enjoyed the cruise and the sunset. Would have liked to have seen a bit more of the wetlands - the tour does not go very far down the estuary. Lots of hippo and beautiful birds. There is unfortunately some plastic and rubbish in the waterways which I think tour operators should ensure are cleaned up.

How confident are you with your booking? - We actually went to St Lucia especially for this boat trip.
I made a booking and payment in May and received a confirmation email and two reminder emails.
We were supposed to be picked up at our hotel, but no one showed up. An error occurred at the company when booking.
We received a refund but no alternative or compensation was offered. This is of little use to us, because we only do a trip to South Africa once from Belgium.
