• Elephant Transit Home (ETH) - Operated with support from the Born Free Foundation, this facility serves as a sanctuary for young elephants that have been left orphaned. Once they have undergone a period of recovery, these elephants are reintroduced into the wilderness, often within the confines of Uda Walawe National Park. While direct interaction with the elephants is not possible, watching them during their feeding times from a designated observation area can be an enjoyable experience.
