Efficient and English Conversant ! - Conversant in English and super hospitable, Putu got us through the traffic with ease and with good knowledge on the estimated travel times so that we were always on time to each destination. Got him for 4-5hrs, definitely would recommend if you are in Bali and prefer car to bike rides !

Best day trip to ubud with Kody - We did a private tour with Kody during our trip to ubud. He was absolutely amazing and recommended amazing places to visit as we weren't sure where to go in Ubud.
Highly recommend asking for Kody when booking your trip and will refer him to everyone.

Exceptional Service and Memorable Bali Experience with Bali Sun Tours - We spent 5 days in Bali and rented a car with a driver for our entire stay through Bali Sun Tours, and it was absolutely perfect. They also helped arrange our Nusa Penida tour, including manta ray snorkeling and sunrise dolphin snorkeling. We had the pleasure of being driven by five different drivers: Edi, Pande, Victorinata, Astawa, and Dewa Alit. Each one was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They not only drove us to amazing places but also gave excellent recommendations, took us to great shops with affordable prices, and introduced us to some fantastic restaurants with delicious food. Highly recommend their services!

Beat way to see Bali from cruise ship! - This was absolutely the best way to spend our portion of day in Bali. Tirta picked us so at our arranged meeting time in Benoa. The car was clean and air conditioned. Tirta was friendly and helpful and navigated narrow streets with lots of traffic to get us to Uluwatu Temple. He also recommended a wonderful place for lunch and then drove us to a coffee place to try local teas and kopi luwak on our way back to the ship. We didn’t have enough time to spend in this beautiful island, but Tirta helped us make the most of our day. Great vale for great service!

Temples, landscape, coffee and eine of Bali - We spent an amazing day with a lot of information about Balis culture and daily life. Putu was a very experienced and good driver. He was very flexible in regard to what we wanted to visit (coffee and eine tasting). We can highly recommend this tour! It was a highlight of our trip around the world.

Great driver and tour guide! - I would recommend this tour to anyone wishing to see many places in one day over a 6-10 hour period, with a break for lunch. The car is very comfortable and air conditioned and it’s lovely to get out of the heat and have a rest between sight seeing.
My private driver, Mang Uli, was friendly, professional, easy going and the best company for the tour and drive.
We discussed the places of interest on WhatsApp and were able to tailor the itinerary to my needs with his helpful recommendations. Very easy to arrange through WhatsApp.
Mang even took me to a special bonus spot - but I’ll not spoil the surprise.

A must do in Bali - Jik Satria was our driver, he arrived early and was lovely. As 3 women we felt very safe. His car was spotless with much needed air con. His knowledge of the areas we drove through was fantastic and we learnt some interesting stuff on the drive. We told him what we would like to do and he planned the route. We went to a Bali swing for the first stop which was amazing. The staff were professional photographers but used your own phone so you didn't get charged per photo. Next stop was the monkey forest this was less than £4 each and we had a guide, again you could take your own photos but we did buy some from the photographer. Then on to lunch in a restaurant overlooking the rice fields. The food was delicious and the staff lovely 2 course meal with a soft drink and a cocktail for less than £20 each. At each location Jik would wait for us with no pressure and be ready to leave when we wanted to move on. We went to an art gallery, wood carving shop and a silver shop with some beautiful jewellery. We had a fabulous day thank you for the memories ❤️

Scenic drive to North Bali - Nandha was awesome!! Great driver who took me to 2 waterfalls in North Bali. The ride was comfortable and smooth. Saw wonderful views and had a stop for lunch. This is a great option to see Bali.

Don’t use this service - We had an extremely disappointing experience with this car service. The car provided had over 320,000 km on it and broke down while we were on the way to our hotel — with two toddlers in the car. The air conditioning barely worked, and when the car failed completely, the driver was unable to get any support despite making several phone calls.
We were left stranded and had to arrange our own transportation back via Grab, which we had to pay out-of-pocket. There was no backup plan or assistance from the company, which is completely unacceptable for a service that should prioritize safety and reliability.
I hope the company takes this seriously and puts better contingency plans in place so future customers don’t face similar situations.

Car jet and Suprise car hire, don't book either - Absolutely do not book a car through this company. We booked a car through carjet from Australia in the uk the company Suprise and Carjet ripped us off.
We booked online and called both companies after reading the small print to see if we required an international driving licence , both confirmed no.Wd also have driven cars over the last 10 years in the uk without an international licence.
When we arrived we were picked up by suprise and driven to their pick up location, to be told wd needed an international licence and they were charging an extra £360 pounds for the pleasure, when we said no we would get one online they advised they wouldn't accept an online version and would not release the car or give us a refund. They wouldn't drive us back to the airport and left us stranded with no car or internet would not help us at all, thankfully the owner of the coffee shop in the same building helped us and ordered a cab.
We have had a negative response from carjet.
Please do yourself a favour if your booking in manchester don't do it, apparently they are known for doing this after speaking to the cab driver. We ended up booking through enterprise in burnage and they were fantastic, cheaper is not always the best as we found out.
