Beautiful! - It's a beautiful place, the food, the people, has a lot to know, we went to Janitzio Island and loved it, the view is wonderful.

An exceptional tour! - We had a fantastic day with Rodrigo. He is an excellent guide, with a wealth of knowledge about the history and culture of not only the three locations we visited but of Mexico in general. His English is very good. He answered all of our questions. Tzintzuntzan, Santa Clara del Cobre and Patzcuaro are all special and unique places. We highly recommend you do this tour with Rodrigo.

Michoacán is pretty cool! - Our guide Rodrigo did a fantastic job narrating the sites and weaving the history of the 3 cities together, including patiently explaining additional Mexican history in fluent English to my daughter and me. Rodrigo is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly has a passion for his hometown and homeland. While we expected to be informed, we did not expect to get caught up in the love and affection for Michoacán and her people.

A Must do Tour - We booked this tour for our family during our trip to Morelia. Our guide was Rodrigo Rosales with Yei Tours. He was able to give us the history of all the sites with enough knowledge to keep us captivated throughout the day. We had taken the Morelia walking tour with Rodrigo and he did not disappoint on this second tour, highly recommend him as your tour guide. It was amazing to see all the historical sights that were included in this tour from the archeological site, to the hands on experience from the maestro in Santa Clara de Cobre and the authentic and delicious lunch at Once Patios restaurant and getting to meet Chef Isrrael. You cannot go wrong with this tour. Highly recommend it.

Rodrigo took us on this... - Rodrigo took us on this tour and the Urupam tour. He’s an amazing tour guide that has so much information and knowledge of each place we visited. You can tell he puts a lot of time and effort into making sure you understand the cultural significance of each place you go. We absolutely loved going to Santa Clara and visiting a local copper factory where they did a demonstration on how copper is hand transformed into unique pieces. We also enjoyed the historic significance of Tzintzuntan and how the Purepechua empire was just as important to Mexico and the Aztecs and Mayans. We also loved walking around Patzacuaro and eating a nice lunch there. If you’re in Morelia this tour is an absolute must.
