Great Walking Tour - A really interesting walking tour covering at a high level some of the best bits of Newcastle. Starting outside the station and finishing by the Quayside was a great way to hear and see some of the history. Highly recommend

Great tour. Encompasses so much history. Well worth doing. - Great tour, but some very steep steps going down at the end and then you have to go back up to get back into the town. Susan was very knowledgeable and lovely. Her knowledge of the history of Newcastle was amazing. Well worth doing if you can manage the steps.

Great way to get to know Newcastle! - Frances was a knowledgeable guide and the route took us around lots of the key sights of Newcastle. Frances was lovely and warm and made us feel welcome. Thank you for being so lovely to our children too. Thank you.

This tour provided varied... - This tour provided varied information about Newcastle and included a range of locations around the centre of the city. Our guide was local and engaging. She managed to include a lot in 90 minutes. Would recommend this tour.

Great visit - Create to a lovely performed. Newcastle is worth the trip and the Newcastle tool company a very nice guide. If you come and visit plan a trip with this company.

Really interesting - Despite poor weather, this was a really interesting tour around the city centre. There were only 3 of us in the group but that made for a more intimate experience and I learned a lot as we went around.
There's plenty of history and we also took in the beautiful market and arcade before finishing at the Tyne Bridge. The tour lasted around an hour and 45 mins and I'd highly recommend it

Interesting and informative - Had a very interesting and informative tour with Fran.
Initially the tour was delayed due to the terrible weather conditions but Fran’s great communication made everyone aware of this delay.
I had another event on at 1:30pm which Fran was kind enough to slightly alter the route the opposite way around to ensure I still made it on time.
The tour was very interesting with a lot of cool stories about local residents and famous Geordies over the years.
Definitely recommend to anyone visiting for the day!

No refund despite not being able to get to Newcastle due to Storm Eowyn - Flight from Belfast to Newcastle cancelled due to Storm Éowyn (Highest winds 114 mph) and no refund, so lost all of payment for three family members. Come on! If we could have got there, we would have gone on the tour and no doubt enjoyed it greatly. Coming back to redo the visit in March but probably won’t bother next time. Sour taste in mouth.
