Highly recommend stress free transportation to and from airport - I used this service 4 times while I was flying in and out of Taipei. The staff is very fast and efficient at getting you to and from the airport. Transportation from the airport can be a little tricky so this was a worry free, especially because we had a lot of luggage. Getting back to the airport was also stress free since the agency plans for traffic and got me there with plenty of time to get checked in and through security.

Convenient and pleasant experience - The pick up at airport was super smooth. The driver had my name on a paper. After that, we were led to the outside waiting area and the driver left to get his car. It was a good experience and our driver actually spoke English.

Excellent service and highly recommended - Very fast and friendly transfers to the hotel from TPE. The only issue was that it took so long for us to get our luggage that the driver went ahead and got the car and met us outside. Luckily, there are numbers that the driver can tell you where he is. So the driver texted me via What's App and I was able to find him quickly. Be sure to use WhatsApp and include your phone number in the communications to the company. It makes everything so much easier.

Airport to hotel transfer - The airport transfer was very easy. They sent me an email the day before with the meeting point at the airport. When I arrived, I was met by a person holding a sign with my name and off to the hotel.

Seamless airport pick-up - The Viator representative was exactly where they said he would be with a sign with my name clearly visible as I exited the Customs area and he took me right to the car and driver. The only thing was that I booked a minivan and this was not a minivan, but my wheelchair did fit but only because I was solo and they had to put two of my luggage in the seats. But overall, a good experience and no hassles.

Told "FAILED BOOKING" - When I arrived in Taiwan, I was told by VIATOR that the booking failed and I was not charged. See attached pictures of communication with them. I was told I needed to arrange new transportation. I arranged a taxi to the hotel. When I got to the hotel, I had time to look up my credit card summary from 6 months ago when I booked this and found out I WAS charged. VIATOR is now refusing to refund my $55 and blaming me for the mix up. Thankfully, I saved all my texts with them that prove my side of the story and will continue to fight to get my money refunded. I assume this was a glitch on their part as I have used VIATOR numerous times in the past without any issues. I can't believe this is how they treat a repeat customer.

Driver never showed up and we were charged. No communication after payment was made. May be a fraudulent company… - Driver never showed up and when we requested a refund it was denied by Viator. I believe this is a fraudulent company. While we waited for the driver, we tried calling Viator Support (as they suggested) and we also sent messages to support through the App. Viator did not respond at all. No communication at all. This is highly likely a fraudulent company. This is disgusting and we will continue to address it.
