The beautiful food, wine & history of Tuscany - This was our second time in Tuscany with Debora and she is an amazing guide. She takes the time to understand what you most want out of your time in this beautiful region of Italy. We experienced a cheese farm, olive oil tastings and wine mixed in with the history and culture of amazing Tuscan cities of Pienza and Montepulciano.

Best Tour! - Our tour of Tuscany with Debora was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. We spent the day visiting one of a kind wineries and touring amazing villages, all while learning the history of the region. I can’t imagine a future trip to Tuscany without meeting Debora again, she is amazing!

Absolute BEST guide! - We went on a few different tours during our trip to Italy and Deborah is absolutely the best tour guide by far!. She is so knowledgeable of the wines and oils...but also her knowledge of the history of Italy is outstanding! It was our best day of our 12 day trip. She is so personable and kind as well.
Do yourself a favor and book with Deborah. We will be calling her on our next trip, no doubt!

Wine and olive oil tour. - Deborah was absolutely fantastic! She shared 3 different types of vineyards with us. She was very knowledgeable and informative. She gave us all kinds of information beyond just the wine and olive oil. She let us have as much time as needed to get the full experience. And when the tour ended I felt like we had a new Italian friend! I would highly recommend her tour

Fun and elegant - Deborah was an amazing and incredibly knowledgeable tour guide! She was fun, accommodating, and seemed to know everyone in the regions we toured. Honestly, she was the best tour guide we’ve ever had. Her local connections made all the difference — we enjoyed exclusive wine and vinegar tastings at some of the finest vineyards. I highly recommend A Bite of Tuscany to anyone looking for an intimate, relaxed, and truly memorable tour of the Tuscan region.

The REAL culture of this Italian Region! - Debora is amazing. We spent the day with her and a driver, went to a small local olive oil farm, a small local family winery and many other sites! She is excellent at relaying the local culture and customs and the history of the region. It was nothing short of fascinating! She brings a warmth and connectivity that makes you feel like you are spending the day with a family member! Love her and her husband Chef Ryan - we did his cooking class as well - see my review on his listing.

Highly Recommended Tour - Debora provided a fantastic tour in Tuscany! Not only were we able to taste great wines and olive oils from small wineries, but she told us in great detail how wine is made and the proper way to taste it, and she shared fascinating history about Italy as we drove from place to place. It was great to have a private tour and receive so much personal attention. My husband and I highly recommend Debora's tour!
