The best! 5⭐️ - The address at the Marina was not the right location. Someone ended up calling us to give the right directions to the beach. Other than that, the experience was 10/10! Jean & Don were the best & accommodating! They took pics & videos for us during the ride, at the shipwreck, & Noah’s Ark. It started raining during our ride, which made it even more fun! Don’t hesitate to book this activity! 5 ⭐️

Wear goggles. - We had a BALL. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it. I highly recommend suggest wearing some big goggles while doing this because when the salt water hits your face, your eyes will burn like HELL.

🚫 Avoid This Company at All Costs - I should have known this would end in a nightmare when I first had trouble reaching the operator. The company did reschedule our tour since a tropical storm passed through on our original date, which I appreciated. That’s about the only thing that went right. When we arrived at the time the operator gave us, there were two guys just hanging out at the dock. They were completely unprepared. They had to pull the vehicle out, clean it off, and struggled to get it started. That was the first red flag. The cars also do not look like the pictures online. They are old, beat up, and clearly not well maintained. Once we finally got going, they told us we had to go slow because we were still in the marina. Less than five minutes in, every warning light on the dash came on and the engine stalled. They claimed it was seaweed in the engine. After working on it for a while, they got it started again, but it was still weak and clearly not performing properly. When we got into open water, the waves were rough. I couldn’t safely go over 25 kph, and the engine was still struggling. I told them it wasn’t safe to continue. Anyone who’s done water excursions knows a faulty engine in open water is a serious risk. We turned around and went back to the marina. They said the owner was on the way to talk with us, but by that point it didn’t matter. They gave us a faulty vehicle and then tried to say we were scared. That’s not the case. It’s about safety and common sense. I’ve done many water activities, and one thing I know is when an engine isn’t right and when a company is not operating safely. This was both. Avoid this company at all costs. Unprofessional, unprepared, unsafe, and using outdated equipment that does not match their marketing.
