Staff were eager to please and make sure we had a good time - From the first phone call I made, to the WhatsApp messages in between, and all the way up to the ride itself: customer service was on point.
The staff were very eager to please, and were clearly interested in making sure we had a good time. If you communicate with them clearly and pleasantly, you will get the same courteous, respectful, and diligent customer service in return.
I had originally booked a sunset tour for 3, including myself my wife and my son. Unfortunately my wife could not attend due to health reasons, and they were very understanding. They took care of it with aplomb.
Our driver arrived on time, and after picking up another small group family, took us directly to our ride. The horses were tacked up and ready to go.
Our guides were diligence with their attention, and let us control whether we would go in the water or not. My son was given a calm horse, as was the other young rider in our group. I told them in advance I had some experience, and they gave me a horse that matched my experience level. One of the other writers had trouble controlling his horse, and the staff were there to lead the horse as needed to keep control.
Another staff member asked if I wanted him to take pictures and videos with my phone, and I appreciated it very much. It was a calm horseback riding session along the beach, and we all had a great time soaking in the scenery along the beach.
No regrets, great experience, would recommend.

Relaxing & Serene - Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Very serene and relaxing riding horses and listening to the waves at sunset. My guides were great. Made me feel comfortable and relax with my horse. I'd definitely do it again. I also love the fact that they provide transportation from your resort!

Sunset horseback riding - Absolutely loved it. Got the take photos of us being in the water with the horses. Great view being right by the water. The guides were very nice and respectful too!! I would do again 10/10 times. Must do

Highly recommend! - We had an amazing sunset horseback ride! The horses were very sweet and the guides were just the same. You can tell that they take great care of everything that they do. I highly recommend this to anyone coming to Turks and Caicos.

Fun Times! - The owner was so kind, accommodating, and communicative to arrange our trip around our dinner reservations. They had to cancel our original booking due to renovations, but we were able to text back and forth to reschedule before we left. The crew helped keep the horses calm and guided, as we enjoyed the view on our ride. Thanks for a memorable experience!

Late afternoon beauty - Another way to experience the peaceful island beauty. Guides stayed with each rider. Ended with fresh coconut water! And we were picked up and dropped off at our hotel! Charming family business.

Highlight of our trip - It was amazing! I went with my hubby, and there were two others with us! The horses were tame, and we enjoyed a lovely stroll on the beach at sunset. We were both on the sand and in the water. Our tour guides were very accommodating, taking as many photos and videos as we would like. They even let me wear a longer dress so that I could capture the perfect photo. At the end, they gave us wine, and transferred us back to the hotel. It was definitely a memorable experience! I would highly recommend.

The sunset horseback... - The sunset horseback riding was really nice. I just started to get concerned when one of the horses started spitting up/foaming at the mouth. And another kept grinding it's teeth. As if something were wrong with them. In the pictures, some of them look malnourished. Hopefully the horses were ok. Other than that, the host are friendly & the experience was nice.

Horses in bad condition - Very nice people, accommodated time according to sunset, and gave us water after ride. The only problem I have is that the horses are clearly in distress and not well taken care of. They were all skin and bones I couldn’t enjoy my experience due to that.

Unhealthy Horses & Poor Beach Conditions – Needs Improvement - Our recent horseback riding excursion for our honeymoon was quite disappointing. The horse appeared malnourished, which was concerning, and the beach, which we had hoped would offer a beautiful and serene view, was covered in seaweed, taking away from the experience. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations for such a special occasion. I hope the organizers take this feedback seriously and make improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests and for their animals.
