- Tunis - After breakfast, explore the old medina of Tunis on a cultural tour. Wander through its narrow alleys, admire the architecture, and learn about the medina with your travel guide. Visit must-see sites like Zitouna Mosque, medresas, and Kasbah Boulevard. Head to the military museum to delve into Tunisian history. Continue to Lagoulette for a delicious grilled fish meal. At 2:30 PM, visit Carthage, the Roman city, and explore its various sites such as Byrsa Hill, Antonine Baths, and Punic Sanctuary. Enjoy free time in Sidi Bou Said, the blue and white village overlooking the bay of Tunis, offering a unique view. Return to your hotel.

- Dougga - After breakfast, drive northwest to visit the archaeological site of Utica, one of the oldest cities in the western Mediterranean, founded by the Phoenicians in 1101 BC. Next, stop in the Andalusian town of Testour, stroll through its alleys, and admire its unique architecture. Visit the Great Mosque’s minaret, home to a one-of-a-kind clock where the hands rotate counterclockwise and numbers are upside down. After being out of order for years, the clock has been restored since December 2014. Continue to Dougga, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Tunisia’s most prestigious archaeological site. Enjoy lunch at a 3-star hotel (famous for its wild boar). In the afternoon, head to Kairouan, the holy city, and explore its old medina (UNESCO World Heritage). Dinner at the hotel.

- Kairouan - Spend the day visiting the Great Mosque of Kairouan and the Barber Mausoleum (Sidi Sahbi). Our knowledgeable guide will share stories about the construction of these sites. Travel to Tozeur via Gafsa, with a mid-day lunch at a local restaurant. Arrive in Tozeur and explore its old medina. Depending on the day, there may be an opportunity for a carriage tour to visit the city’s oldest palm grove (extra). In the evening, return to your booked hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

- Tunisia - After breakfast, depart to visit the stunning mountain oases of Chebika, known for its Berber village and mountain springs, popular with filmmakers. Continue to Tamerza to see its famous waterfall and explore the great canyons of Mides. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant with a typical Tunisian menu. Afterward, head to the sandy village of Sabria, crossing the Chott Djerid salt lake, the largest in North Africa (photo break). Visit Debebecha, the petrified sand site, and enjoy a sunset over the vast sand dunes. Option for a camel ride to watch the sunset (extra). At 7:30 p.m., witness the preparation of sand bread (bread baked under sand and embers). Dinner will be at the camp, followed by a musical evening around the campfire. Overnight in a tent under the stars.

- Chenini - Breakfast and departure to Matmata, the Berber village. Stop and enjoy a refreshing rosemary tea. Visit a homestay cave house where you will be welcomed with tea, olive oil, and honey served with homemade bread. Discover these underground homes and this way of life, and admire the generosity and modesty of the cave dwellers. Continue to the Berber village of Toujane for a photo stop. Head to Chenini, the Berber village, and explore its various sites (houses dug horizontally in the mountain, mosque, etc.). Visit the seven dormant mosques of Chenini and learn about their legend. Proceed to your accommodation for an overnight stay.

- Djerba Island - After breakfast, depart to Djerba. Take a photo stop at the salt lake of Chahbania, also known as ‘Sabkhet El Melah’. Arrive at Djerba and head to Guellela, the pottery village. Visit the traditions museum of Guellela to learn more about the island’s traditions and customs. Visit a local workshop and watch a pottery-making demonstration. Stop at the port harbor to see the pirate ship. Enjoy a mid-day lunch at a local restaurant. Visit “The Ghriba”, the oldest Jewish synagogue in northern Africa. Stroll through the alleys of Djerbahood, an urban art event where artists worldwide create 250 works in the Tunisian village of Erriadh on Djerba Island. The Galerie Itinerrance de Paris launched it in June 2014. Continue to Houmt Souk, the city center, and enjoy free time to explore its narrow alleys. Head to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

- Hammamet - Depart to El Jem via the highway. Arrive in El Jem and have a mid-day lunch. After lunch, visit the Roman coliseum of El Jem and the El Jem museum. Continue to Hammamet and settle into your hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

- Cape Bon - Visit Haouaria, located at the tip of Cap Bon, where Ras Adar rises 350 meters above sea level, offering a beautiful view of the Mediterranean and Sicily, just 140 km away. Haouaria, a town of 10,000 people, is renowned for falconry, a tradition shared by many locals. From March, falconers capture birds using nets and traps, training them until they are released after the hunting season in summer. About 3 km from the town, explore the caves of Ghar el-Kebir, dug mainly during Roman times to extract stone for Carthage monuments. Visit the Punic caves and Kerkouan, the Punic archaeological city. Continue to Korbous, known for its hot springs and Hammams, where you can swim or enjoy a spa treatment. Head to the airport to end the tour.
