Overall we had an amazing... - Overall we had an amazing time! We did the tour as a family with a toddler! Our guide Carlos explained everything very detailed and had always a fun anecdote to tell! We can only recommend the tour, it’s a lot for one day but with a guide as experienced and fun, it goes by smoothly! The driver was also very friendly and we felt save the whole trip!

Fun and informative day - Going to three archeological sites in one day seemed daunting when we started, but our guide, Olga, made the entire day entertaining as well as educational. He was a fount of information on the sites, the history, and the local area. We would highly recommend this tour for older children and adults.

Mayan Ruin Tour Was Exceptional - Great experience. Just the right amount of time at each location and it’s packed with interesting history. Our personal guide was exceptional. An added plus was lunch at a Cenote. Take time for a quick swim. Very refreshing on a hot day.

Our guide Alvaro was a... - Our guide Alvaro was a wealth of knowledge about everything we came across on our tour, from details about the ruins to animals we saw. It's clear he is highly knowledgeable, and he even had a sidebar conversation with my partner about languages and word origin. The tour was so well organized, we never waited on line anywhere, and he managed to get photos of us at all the major sites where it looked like we were the only visitors. We have done many tours through Viator, and this is one of the best.

No show - Viator told us pick up was 6:30 am. That’s a little painful on vacation, but we thought it was worth it to see the ruins. They were over an hour late, with no communication. Then told us we had the time wrong. I was looking at tickets, emails and texts all showing 6:30 am. Sadly, we did not feel comfortable using this company to take us safely to the Mexican ruins at that point and were forced to make other arrangements. Viator’s local team has been difficult and completely tone deaf to the situation and refusing to refund our family.

Dissapointing, misleading, false information - To began with our pick up time was scheduled for 630am at Villa del Palmar Costa Mujeres in northern Cancun resorts, driver not punctual. Driver kept on texting as he was driving us to Tulum, and texting continued to Coba and still more texting while driving to a different Cenote not originally on the tour, and texting and phone calls continued to Chichenitza and at Chichenitza did not even get to see the Caracol or Mayan observatory, For the almost 1,800.00 U.S Dollars spent would not use your company again, Felt unsafe driver on phone talking, making phone calls and constantly texting throughout the entire excursion!!!!!!!!! As a company you should not use 3rd party drivers!!!!!!
