Best Private Tour Ever - I CAN not say enough wonderful things about our private tour with Juan. Wow, simply amazing. We booked a private tour for the Tulum ruins and two cenotes and were treated to a fabulous experience. From the beginning, and all throughout, both Caroline and Frederica were excellent with communication. Juan, our tour guide, arrived on time in a large comfortable van, prepared for the day with loads of cold water and snorkling equipment, tickets, passes, and a head full of knowledge. We beat the crowds and the heat by heading to the ruins early in the morning (highly suggest, they open at 8) and his breadth of knowledge of the ancient Mayan culture made the ruins come alive. He drove us then to two different cenotes, including Dos Ojos. He made us feel quite comfortable in the cave, explaining everything in detail about what we needed to do and what to expect. This was truly our best day in Tulum. Highly recommend.

Tulum and Turtles is strongly recommended - Israel was a brilliant guide - making a great suggestion that we go to Tulum before the crowds and the heat and then cool off swimming with turtles. Around Tulum, he was really informative and entertaining - I learned a lot about Tulum itself but also how it and the Mayan ports traded along the coast. Swimming with turtles didn’t disappoint, we saw 7 including some pretty big ones as well as some cool fish and a ray. Going to and from each destination was easy and pain free - we were well looked after.

Wonderful guide and amazing day - What an amazing day. Isaac was our guide and we were so glad we got to spend the day with him. He picked us up from the hotel and took us to the Mayan site first. He knows a lot about history and we learned so much. It was nice because we got there early, so there were very few people and it wasn’t too hot. We learned a lot about the history. Next we went to a cave cenote. Isaac talked us through what to expect and had good quality snorkeling equipment for us too. It was absolutely amazing and something you really must try. Isaac also brought flashlights that work underwater, so we could really see it all. Then we went to an open air cenote and swam around there for awhile too. It had a great place you could jump off of, which was a lot of fun. When booking any tour in Tulum, there are a LOT of choices. It can be hard to know which is the best to go with. I couldn’t be happier than with the choice we made for a private tour with Isaac. We got to go at our own pace, he was able to share with us all of the information we were most interested in, and his timing was perfect. We were always one of a few people at each stop, very few other visitors at those times, which made it so much more enjoyable.

Wonderful Tulum experience - We did Tulum, Turtles and Taak Bi Ha Cenote. Our guide was Juan aka the professor, he was an incredible guide, very knowledgeable about our excursion. We went with our kids (10 and 4) and he took great care of us so we did not suffer too much of Tulum’s heat. We had an incredible time and definitely recommend MyQuest concierge and our guide Juan.

Great private tour, the only way to see Tulum - We had a wonderful day with Israel! He was waiting for us promptly at the pickup time and then we made our way to explore the ruins of Tulum. We were so happy to arrive early; by the time we left, it was quite hot and the line was very long. Perfect timing by Israel! The next stop was a cenote but one person in our party was scared of bugs, so Israel was very accommodating and let us continue on. The cave cenote was next and that was truly amazing! So cool to explore with a flashlight and snorkel gear. We had an amazing experience, made even better by Israel listening to what we wanted out of the trip and letting us set the pace. Thank you so much!
