Perfect Private Tour with Friends - We had such a nice tour with Oscar Sanchez, the Tulum ruins were very beautiful and educational, and the cenotes were incredibly beautiful and peaceful - we were very lucky to visit them while no other tourists were there, it was private and serine.

Priceless experience - We were blessed to be paired with Juan as our guide, a semi-retired archeologist, author, artist, world-traveler and amazing human being. He made my and my girlfriend feel welcomed and infinite knowledge to share from his experience living in the area most of his life. Our trip started early at Tulum. We arrived a few minutes after opening snd had the entire site to ourselves most of the time. Everyone knew and was friends with Juan. By the end as we were leaving there were large crowds and groups with crying babies lining up which we were happy to avoid. Same story with the centos. One was in an unreal cave with crystal clear waters. The other an out door open air with diving platforms. In both cases the snorkeling was very fun but my personal favorite was the cave. Juan is an underwater cave diver so he has great experience and it was nice of him to show us all the secret spots. Overall an unforgettable private experience. Juan also took dozens and dozens of photos and videos of us in all the best spots to help us remember for years to come. Thank you Juan!

Highlight of Our Mexico Trip! - We could not have been happier with our private tour to Tulum, the snorkeling trip at Akumal Lagoon, and a stunning lunch at La Buena Vida. It was truly the highlight of our trip! Isaac was an incredible guide—knowledgeable, patient, and so wonderful with our children. We learned so much and got to experience the beauty and culture of the area in such a relaxed, enjoyable way. This tour catered to everyone in our group, from seniors to parents with young kids, and struck the perfect balance of adventure, education, and fun. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The Perfect Half Day Tour - Our family did the VIP Tulum Private tour visiting Tulum and two cenotes yesterday and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! The communication with the company was fantastic and our tour guide, Arnie, was a true gem! We were picked up at our hotel at 7am sharp for our private adventure in a sparkling clean van and went directly to Tulum. It was early, yes, but we got to Tulum before the crowds and heat which is a smart move! Arnie had an immense knowledge of the area, history, and culture and was such a phenomenal historian. Afterwards we went to the Taak Bi cenote, which was in an underground cave. Again, because we started our day early, there were only a few people there. The company provides snorkeling gear which made the experience even more memorable by being able to look into the crystal clear water. I highly recommend grabbing a life jacket which eases your snorkeling efforts and you can float peacefully while looking underwater. Xunaan-Ha was our next (and final) stop for a second cenote experience- this one was open air and equally stunning. Again we had the place almost to ourselves! Ok, our true final stop was taking Arnie out for tacos and more fun conversation before arriving back at our hotel around 1:30 leaving us plenty of time for a nap then beach/pool time! Tips: -Bring a reusable water bottle as Tulum doesn’t allow the plastic bottles that the company provides. -Tak-Bi has a very steep stairwell entrance so it may not be suitable for folks with mobility issues or small children. -Wear comfortable shoes for Tulum but pack water shoes to walk down to (and swim with) as the cenotes can have sharp or rough edges under water. -Pack your swimsuit- you can change at a stall at the first cenote and store your gear in the van. No need to wear it while you walk around Tulum. If you’re looking for the perfect half day trip, look no further. From the excellent communication with the company coordinators to the kindness and brilliance of our tour guide, we always felt like we were in expert hands. I highly recommend this!
