I loved the tour and enjoyed it very much with my family - We did this tour with our family and honestly we all loved it. The Tulum ruins were beautiful, the ocean views are just wow, and our guide explained things in a way that was easy to follow, even for the kids. After walking in the heat, getting into the cenote felt sooo good, the water was fresh and we just stayed there enjoying it for a while. Lunch was simple but really tasty and came at the perfect time because we were already hungry by then. Everything felt smooth and not stressful, which you really appreciate when you’re with family. It was just one of those days where everyone is happy, laughing, and enjoying the moment. We’d definitely do it again for sure.

Tulum ruins and cenote tour - Angel our driver and cenote guide was great! He was very knowledgeable about the cenotes. The cenote water is cold at first but it's super beautiful inside. Stay with the guide in the water because they carry lights otherwise you won't be able to see anything due to it being super dark. Water was refreshing after a hot walk in the sun at the ruins. After the cenote we were brought to another spot about 10 min down the road for some lunch. Lunch was empanadas, rice, and bean soup. Tasted good. They served lemonade for free but you can pay for water, soda, or alcoholic beverages. Our guide for Tulum was Henry. He was super knowledgeable and informative about the ruins and Mayan culture. Be prepared for the hot sun. Bring water, sunscreen, hats, and umbrellas. You will be sweating and walking up and down stairs. The ruins are beautiful and so is the view when you get to the cliff. It overlooks the ocean and there's a nice breeze. Bring stainless steel cups since they do not allow plastic water bottles.

Tellum Ruins and Cenote adventure was phenomenal. - The tour of the ruins was phenomenal. Our guide was informative and entertaining. He then left us at the ruins with time to explore and take photos. Swimming in The Cenote was an incredible experience. The water felt cold upon entering, but the excitement soon dissipated the cold. Our guide Vincent was so fun and informative. Lunch was delicious. We had three empanadas, rice and bean soup. We drank the free lemonade, it was perfect! Our drivers and guides were friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. I would highly recommend this tour.

Tulum's worth it. - We did the contract tour at the Playa del Carmen hotel, first we went to the cenotes and arrived early by which there were not many people and we could bathe quietly there were only two other families, it is worth it without being anything extraordinary and then we went to Tulum where the guides explained us about the ruins and we had time to tour and take photos. The place is amazing and the beach you see is spectacular, then we went to a place in case we wanted to have lunch and where souvenirs, chocolates and jewelry are sold, you should bargain the price as there are sales. It was a very good excursion

Incredible experience - Absolutely incredible experience. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, fun, friendly, and patient with our hard of hearing father. The tour itself was beautiful and culturally immersive. We learned so much and didn’t have to worry about any of the planning!

7 out of 10 - The guide and the driver were excellent, but the lunch experience wasn't the best. The place is really run down and needs to be taken care of... But all in all it was fun.

Amazing places, but very chaotic trip - We booked a Guided tour to Tulum majestic Ruins + Cenote swim + Lunch with pick up from our hotel. At the appointed time, a microbus going to another place - Chichen Itza came to pick us up. We were told that they would send another one for us but they couldn't say how long it would take and we waited for half an hour in front of the hotel. Tulum Ruins is very beautiful place and the guide provided us with a lot of interesting information, but the description of the excursion says that we will have a 2 hours 30 minutes Guided tour and free time for walking and taking pictures. We were there for no more than an hour with no free time at all. After that we were taken to a place for a very quick lunch and finally visited the cenote. This was the best part of the trip, and our guide Sara was wonderful. The places we visited were amazing but the organization was lacking. It turned out that people for 3 different excursions were loaded into several microbuses. The excursions had the common part Tulum majestic Ruins + Cenote swim and then some people went to swim with sea turtles in Akumal, others to Coba Ruins and others went back to the hotels. This required constant regrouping and changing vehicles. Within a few hours, we were riding in three different microbuses with three different groups of people, wondering the whole time if we would be left behind. Everything was very chaotic.
