Next, we’ll experience snorkeling in the Mesoamerican coral reef, the world’s second-largest, providing an opportunity to swim with turtles and witness over 50 amazing fish species, as well as rays. Amazing people - The guys at turismo channel are simply amazing! We went to Playa del Carmen without a plan, and we ended up going on three trips organized by turismo channel. They make sure you get a good experience, and they are thrustworthy. Especially thanks to Oliver, Gerardo, Miguel and Adolfo for being incredible welcoming and nice! I absolutely recommend dropping by their office if you’re in Playa!

Excellent, hassle free, tour of Tulum and Cenote thanks to experienced tour guide Oliver, Pablo and Roberto! - The company picked up our family of 22, ages 3-82 at our hotel in Cancun and brought us right to the snorkeling location in Tulum where we viewed the Ancient ruins from the water. It was hot and with small children, this was the easiest option. We then snorkeled at the reef and saw sea turtles, sting rays and fish. On the return we went to Cenote and Oliver and Pablo guides us through the underwater cave. A fantastic experience over all! Highly recommend.

Enjoyable and educational day! - This was so much fun! Rocco, Tony, and Charlie provided a great day. The history and background we were given on Tulum made the ruins really come alive. Going out into the jungle for lunch prepared by local tribal people, then touring the cave and swimming in the cenote was a very interesting experience! Then we saw about a half dozen sea turtles as well as other marine life during the snorkeling portion of the day. Our only regret is that the day was too short - we would have stayed longer at every part of it!

Fun experiences at a reasonable price but bring a ton of patience - The cenote, snorkeling, and ruins tours were all fun so am happy for these experiences. However, the transportation coordination was awful and so much time was wasted in the morning trying to get the van to the correct place to pick me up. Then there was more waiting when we got to our first location. The individual drivers are not the issue but whoever is supposed to be coordinating. Several people I met missed out on one tour component given transportation coordination issues. I also think part of the coordination issues are related to trying to accommodate way too many people and it all felt impersonal. The lunch was also completely horrid with runny bean soup, taquitos like the frozen ones you buy at the grocery, minute rice, and some other side dish which was not distinguishable. The cost was very reasonable but I would rather pay more for less irritation and better customer service.
