Alondra and Adan! Ask for these guides, guaranteed a positive safe adventure! - Fantastic fun day with our tour guides/driver. Alondra (guide) was super fun and chill. Our tour group of 3 couples and one baby were all interacting with each other and Alondra all day. Lots of laughs and detailed information of the Mayan ruins and the biosphere. The lazy river where you drift in the current watching the fish below and the blue herons and pelicans above. The water was bath warm and after a hot morning at the ruins it was a perfect way to cool off. Our driver Adan was so polite and always with a bigs smile. He kept us safe while navigating difficult traffic and road conditions. It felt like Alondra was a friend you had for years, and you were just catching up with her. 10/10! If you book ask for this super team.

Felt at home - This was my favourite tour of the four I did. Luigi was amazing and so detailed in all the tour and Reina was super nice (our driver). The group was me someone younger and someone much older and the vibe was amazing and Luigi managed to make us feel like family. The river floating was so special. Would do it again with no hesitation!

Hands Down the Best Tulum Tour! - This tour provided a great mix of educational and gastronomical experiences and pure relaxation! First of all, Miguel was a wonderful tour guide, very knowledgeable about Mayan history and a great source of information about present day Tulum. The tour offered an unhurried stroll through remarkable Mayan ruins followed by a lunchtime repaste at the truly “best taco place in Tulum.” Fully satisfied, we went on to what everyone agreed was the highlight of the tour: the float down the magical and natural (not water park) lazy river. It’s hard to explain how truly relaxing this is, to drift through the mangroves transported on crystal clear waters. We never wanted it to end! Do yourself a favor and book this unique tour!

Lovely day - We had a wonderful day. Our guide was Liliane. She did an excellent job. Also we had a very friendly and helpful driver. The ruins were interesting, still located on the beach. Then had a delicious lunch somewhere. The boat trip was refreshing and floating in the river is highly recommended. All in all definitely worth the yellow and the time!

Impressive site - The archeological site was fantastic, I believe the lay out is very new around the site, which is impressive! The ticket purchasing is slightly confusing as you needed two different tickets for different areas on the same site. But we had an amazing guide who worked that all out for us!

Meh. Expensive for what is was. - Way too expensive for what it was. We opted to find transportation from Playa to the tour office location in Tulum, which was a good option. The tour itself was okay, but still can’t get over the overall cost. Others on the tour had the same comments. The ‘float’ portion was about 30min. I heard people at my hotel say they did a similar trip and floated for an hour+ and paid less. My advice would be to book direct (probably way less expensive) or find another tour to another area. I heard Xcaret has a similar ‘float’. Just do your homework. Like most tours in Mexico, a lot of these shops are middle—men.
