Mayan Nature - The experience was better than I expected, the guides were really fun to be around and they made me feel safe a solo travel woman The food was average but not bad, I liked that we had plenty of time to eat haha The cenote and Tulum were amazing! I loved the fact that the ruins were closed to the ruins. Long trip but worth it

Cancelled on us - We weren’t able to go on this trip. We were waiting for our bus to arrive and after ten minutes of it not showing on time I called the number to contact someone. They told me that it was canceled due to something with the tour guide in Tulum. He proceeded to tell me that we should have received an email or call about the cancellation and I had received neither. They still proceeded to take our payment two days prior to our excursion date. He told me I would be reimbursed, but it was quite the disappointment to not being able to go and for no email or call about the cancellation.
