6 hours full for a perfect trip - Paloma and Jesus picked us up from the hotel at 7:15, we picked up 2 other couples, and we went to visit the ruins of Tulum. The setting is superb and Paloma explained the history of the city in detail. Then we went to the preserved park run by the Mayan community, where we could go ziplining, canoeing, and swimming in 3 different cenotes. The end, the preparation of the meal by the Mayan community with simple, good, well-cooked products. In short, a superb adventure rich in emotions and good vibrations. Not to be missed. And as it was our second excursion with this company, we got the 10% discount!

Fun in the rain - I had a great time in spite of the rain. The upside of bad weather was that we had all the cenotes to ourselves. Our tour guide Paloma was very friendly and engaging. I highly recommend this tour company for the solo traveler. I received updates for my pick-up time the day before my trip and our driver Adan arrived right on time.

Amazing experience - The Mayan ruins were amazing. The whole site is well preserved and every spot is a perfect picture spot :) Then thr cenotes were wonderful!! We went to 3 cenotes where you can swim and one surrounded by “tyrolienne”! The lunch was also super good, you could taste that the food is fresh and local.

Wonderful half day tour - JoseLina is the BEST. Came with my teen son and he said this was our best day in Tulum (so far). The tulum ruins were a pleasure to take in and our guides guidance was excellent to understand the history. The cenotes and zip lining in Tankah park were so much fun and a beautiful scene. Finally lunch at Taquiera Maya was delicious.

Racist and unprofessional guide - Disappointed by this tour. Very unprofessional guide. For a small group tour of Tulum and cenotes I expected it to be more informative. The guide, Lily spent a lot of her time joking and not explaining much about the culture/history of the site. When getting back into the van, she asked us if we wanted bananas. I said yes. She realized that there were only a few good ones left and gave them to the other guests ( Caucasian). We are 2 Asian women ( my daughter 15 ) . We felt discriminated. Instead, she just gave us granola bars, that we barely ate as they were stale. I told her about the granola bars and she just said to throw them away. This wasn’t a good experience. The rest of the tour in the cenotes was better due to the beauty of the site, not the guide. At lunch, the guide kept on talking about how she is working on her own tourist travel activities like pottery classes combined with Mayan sites and dance classes / knitting .. etc This tour gets 2 stars because of the cenotes and Tulum. The guide is very unprofessional and gets 0.
