Big scam - Please be careful guys. I booked this because I thought it was the cheapest one and because it was the shortest trip to the Tulum ruins and a cenote. It turns out that it was a 12 hour trip. And what you pay on this app, you get nothing. You have to pay additional fees for everything you do. Even when we went to the restaurant they charge you 80 pesos for a bottle of water. 50 pesos to use a lifejacket at the cenote. The price they put is just to grab people‘s attention and then you’re stuck on a boring tour. Where the workers only cater to the Mexican tour goers. They literally didn’t explain anything at the Tulum Ruins. The workers are decently friendly, but everything else about this trip besides the cenote was a terrible experience. If you want to waste a full day on your trip and spend a ton of money on nothing then you can book it, but I don’t recommend it.
