Great Experience - We went to Casa Tortugas Cenotes. We booked this through our resort. We were picked up in Cancun by our driver Alejandro and tour guide for our private excursion. It was about an hour and a half drive to the Cenotes. Along the way, our tour guide gave us information about the Cenotes and also about the Mayan culture. Once at the Cenotes, we were given life vests and goggles. He took us into 1 closed, 1 semi open, and 2 open cenotes. Throughout the time there, our tour guide took pictures of us and air dropped them at the end of the trip. Such a great experience. Thank you!!!

Great trip but problem with pickup time - Great trip. Great guides. Was longer than advertised— was over 8 hrs and advertised as 4-6 - but that was ok. It was a bonus. However, the trip advisor ticket showed a pickup time of 630 but they weren’t there. I called the company direct and they said 745 — then they showed at 730. Trip advisor should get in sync with the vendor better on pickup times. We had to be up late and really could have used that extra hour of sleep. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars. But great trip!

Great tour - We did the Express Cenotes & Mayan Ruins Tour, and overall, it was a great experience! The van was very comfortable, and our tour guide was knowledgeable and engaging, making the history of the ruins come to life. The cenote swimming was definitely the highlight—it was refreshing and so much fun! However, we wished there was more time to enjoy the water rather than focusing mostly on the tour portion. Since it’s an “express” tour, it does feel a bit rushed, so keep that in mind if you prefer a more relaxed pace. That said, it’s a solid option for seeing both the ruins and cenotes in one trip, especially if you're short on time!

Watch out for time estimates for tours in Cancun area - This review does not reflect poorly on our tour guide, Eduardo, or our driver, Juan, who were both excellent. The actual time spent in Tulum and the cenote were also excellent. The problem was the tour was not accurately described as to time. It was supposed to be between 4-6 hours. In reality, it took 4 hours just to get to Tulum, with the entire trip being 9 1/2 hours. We were staying in Isla Mujeres. I think the tour company should have refused our reservation or told us that it was highly unlikely that the tour for us could be done within the stated time frame. What happened is that we spent almost an entire day of our limited vacation sitting in a van. Also, the tour made 2 shopping stops (not mentioned in the tour description) which wasted even more time. This tour should be offered only to people staying in Playa del Carmen or Riviera Maya.

No show tour - Booked this weeks before and the van never came to pick us up. There is a way to text the driver and he never replied. Viator was swift in refunding. We had a much better tour experience with Amigo Tours (thanks Frank!).
