Great into to the Mayan culture - This is a busy trip that packs in lots of activities. Take comfortable shoes and lots of water. Lunch (very tasty) is mid-afternoon so definitely take some snacks. Take lots of water; there is also a 711 at Tulum. You can’t take single use plastic bottles into the Tulum complex so bring a reusable one. We loved the contrast between the highly organised Tulum site and the jungle calm of Coba. My hubbie loved the cenote. Guides were excellent - a good intro to the Mayan culture.

Tulum is a very nice... - Tulum is a very nice historical city. The guide was very clear in his explanations. The only negative thing was that the pickup point was far from the hotel.

Tour Guide Favoured Spanish Speaking Attendees - The Tour itself is a wonderful suggestions for any visitor to Mexico. The Ruins in Tulum were fascinating to took at and the rich history that goes with it total awesome. The tour Guide we had seemed to favor the Spanish Speaking Attendees, that to me was very disappointing. I was trying to get off the bus a Tulum and no one was around to assist. Our Tour Guide Raul took off as soon as the bus stopped at Talum. We really had to look around to see where he went.

Not worth it - This place is not worth it. The truth is that I don't like it at all and it was very expensive. I recommend you stay at your hotel because you are not worth it

Nightmare - A total nightmare, prepare yourself if you don't leave the tips that the owner wants, he leaves you stranded, the airline changed our flight time, and left us stranded in Cancun having already paid for transportation, we had to pay a taxi to the airport ...not recommended

Terrible Communication, Unprofessional. Stay Away. - My husband and I are frequent travelers, have booked dozens of tours, and have never had such a terrible experience. For your peace of mind, I would recommend using a different company. They are terrible at communicating, will blame you for their mistakes, and then will not refund you the full amount you paid. Just stay away.

They didn't show up. - I waited for the tour bus in a supermarket parking lot for over an hour. I was the only one there. After about 10 minutes of waiting i started texting them and they kept saying the bus would be there soon but they wouldn't give me a time. After an hour in the hot sun in a supermarket parking lot I told them I was leaving and I left. A half hour later i got a message from them that they had arrived at the supermarket. They told me they would not return my payment. I do not recommend this company.
