Recommended tour of ruins and a Cenote - The tour itself was very good however the company that we booked with appears to be a "reseller" as we were picked up by a different tour company and the pickup time was changed from 7 AM to 9AM and instead of our Hotel the pickup was changed to a location a few blocks away. The tour of the Tulum ruins was very good and we really enjoyed Coba . The guides were knowleadgeable and we leaned a lot about Mayan and pre-Mayan culture. We had a buffet lunch but be aware that with this tour you do not get ANY drinks - including water with your meal. You also have to pay 400 Pesos each in cash on the day of the tour. This is laid out when booking just make sure to have cash for this and any drinks at lunch and for mandatory lifejacked rentals a the Cenote ( 50 pesos each jacket). Other stops had drinks available and were able to take payment cards. After lunch we had a blessing cermony by a shaman which was a good cultural experience. We then went to an undergound Cenote for a swim and this was an amazing experience. If you swim , lifejackets are mandatory so bring cash for this. You will not be dissapointed. Overall a very good tour and we would recommend it to anyone .

They left us on the side of the road - They had us written down on the wrong tour to Chichen Itza. After pick up it was ridiculously disorganized, no one told us when the people for group for our tour walked off to the buses. We asked 4 separate people if we were on the right tour and none of them could give us the right answer, one person even turned around and ignored me after I asked him where we needed to go. They wanted us to just go on the wrong tour even though I gave them a print out with the tour info when we arrived after pick up. They did NOTHING to try and solve the issue to get us to our tour. They literally left us on the side of the highway waiting for a van to take us back to our hotel, we waited like 45 mins in the sun. They said the would "see" about giving a refund and the fee we paid in cash at pick up. Horrible experience the staff didn't seem to give a crap about ruining our whole day I had to ask the guide several time to let me take a photo of their mistake to be able to demand a refund if I could give zero stars I would! DON'T JUST TAKE THEIR WORD FOR IT WHEN YOU GET PICKED UP or better yet pick another tour.
