Fun experience! - The tour cost 700 mxn pesos per person around 85 USD. However, it was worth the money. There were only 4 people in the group with the private tour guide. Snorkeling under the caves is not possible without a private tour guide . The cave does have parts where there are stalagmites hanging and it’s dangerous to go through without a guide. Before starting the guide let us tried the snorkel equipment first in the first eye then we moved to the second eye to snorkel then we went through the bat cave. I think the guided snorkeling only lasted an hour. After the snorkeling session was over, & I changed to dry clothes & I was allowed to walk into the drive cave in the second eye to observe birds. Overall this was a pleasant experience. Recommendation is to get to the place early when they are just opening which is around 9:00am to maximize the time there. They provide the snorkeling equipment and neoprene body suits however I would suggest to buy your own snorkeling equipment & vest if the plan is to visit more than one cenote . It’s better to go to the cenotes by renting a car, bike or motorcycle instead of booking with the tour companies. Lastly, I liked that this place also has 2 restaurants to get food and closes at around 5:00 pm. There are vendors there as well , but will not recommend because they are pricey.

Great Experience with Wonderful Crew - 2 days of diving was a great and unforgettable experience for me and my buddy. Eber and Will our Dive Masters were great people and became like our family in Tulum. They advised us for the best place to get food that will not break the bank. After our dives in the afternoon, we even hanged out with them in the beach to play Frisbee while sipping some cervezas. We will definitely be back. Ask for these two wonderful people when you are planning on underwater excursions. All in all, everyone in Ko’ox Tulum was super nice.

Great guide: @shewhdseas Taryn - My wife and I booked a tour with Ko'ok and got Taryn as our guide. She was above and beyond wonderful. She had lots of great information, showed us so much to enjoy. She was altogether pleasant, thoughtful, and helpful. I only have one request: If there is any way to keep the car a bit more "fresh", I think a lot of clients would be appreciative!

Incredible experience! - Snorkeling Dos Ojos was one of the most amazing things we have ever done. The bat cave was simply mind-blowing. Our guide was very knowledgeable and patient. We did snorkeling in Dos Ojos and Soliman bay. Both were absolutely indescribably beautiful. Highly recommend Koox Diving! Also the sandwich they provided for lunch was crazy good! Maybe due to the fact that there is a bakery right next to the shop. The hubby is now inspired to get scuba certified thanks to this trip.

Wonderful experience with skilled and attentive dive guides - We did the cenote dive and snorkeling and the night crocodile dive. Both were excellent and the guides were amazing. It was a wonderful day. The cenote is beautiful and the guide knowledgeable.
