Stunning Cenotes, but Logistical Issues - We recently took this tour and while the destinations themselves were stunning, there were a few logistical issues worth mentioning. First, hotel pick-up wasn’t available, so we had to take a cab, which was just a 5-minute ride but cost us $40. Additionally, the pick-up spot had confusing rules, and we ended up waiting on the sidewalk off-property. The van ride was extremely bumpy and cramped, and the box lunch was a basic homemade sandwich with processed cheese and deli meat, which I couldn’t eat because I'm pregnant. That said, the cenotes we visited were absolutely beautiful—crystal-clear water and lush green surroundings, but the time at each stop felt rushed with only about an hour at each location. There was a lot of driving between spots as well. A highlight was that the driver kindly took us directly back to our hotel afterward, which we really appreciated. Overall, it's a good excursion with amazing sights, but be prepared for some discomfort and limited time at each location.
