Beautiful Half Day on the Water! - This trip ended up being SO much more fun than our family anticipated! After a short sail, we jumped in for some unexpectedly great snorkeling (we saw two gorgeous sting rays) and also had time to sit on a beautiful beach. The lunch was delicious, even for the two vegetarians in our group! Drinks were plentiful and the service was outstanding. If you’re on the fence, book it!

Great day on the water - Had a great day on the boat! There were about 40 people on our boat which I was a little worried about to start but there was plenty of space and it was great to talk to other people. The snorkel / activities area was so beautiful. Saw a stingray, lots of fish and got to paddle board. Staff was very attentive. They have a photographer on the boat and you can buy pics at the end. Initially wasn't going to buy them, but they looked amazing and we did. Great relaxing half day activity

Great Job Mateo & Crew - Mateo and crew were great! I was a little seasick in the beginning due to rough waters but once we got to the cove for swimming we had so much fun. Also food was really good and drinks were flowing. Would come back.

Catamaran Fun for the Family - The crew went out of their way to make this a fun and memorable experience. My family of nine, ages 16 - 76, all had a wonderful time!

Great service but very little sailing. - The staff were friendly and attentive . However the modern Mexican pop music boomed loudly for 80 % of the trip and seemed more for the crew (20- something’s) then for the mixed ages on the boat. Also slightly disappointing was when we returned the Captain only used a half sail with the motor dispite the wind blowing behind us. So while the food and snorkeling was excellent this really wasn’t the sailing experience we hoped for. I’m not usually a complainer but hope the management can make the necessary adjustments to make this trip from very good to excellent!

Communication could be better. - Sailings can be dependent on wind. Make sure to WhatsApp the tour operator the morning of sailing. Two days in a row they cancelled the cruise very last minute.

Total disappointment, but nice staff - The staff are 5-star all the way. They are attentive and personable, and there is little more they could do to improve. BUT, the trip was a HUGE disappointment. My whole purpose for the event was to see the sites and most importantly, go snorkeling. There was no snorkeling to be had. The decision was made that the water was too choppy. No mention was made about the potential of canceling the snorkeling g. This consideration should definitely be written into the marketing materials. Instead, we sailed out and returned via the same route and were taken to a lagoon that was chest deep with no real snorkeling opportunity. It was too busy for tropical fish and no corral to be found. I could not be more disappointed. It was a huge waste of money and time. MAJOR BUMMER.

Just a shame and anything but luxurious... - Absolutely outrageous and a real rib-off - a pity, as we were very much looking forward to the experience. Starting with a 40-minute bus ride to the actual meeting point, which was totally crowded and there was also no information on the further process or waiting time. A mass handling and no holiday feeling - it took us a total of two hours (!) from the pick-up to set sail by catamaran. The supposed open bar is also only available after about half the ride (after a drive to the snorkeling point and group snorkeling). Also the lunch, which was served around 3:30 pm - although we had already noted before snorkeling that we are all hungry. There were no snacks on the "luxury tour" either - the small lunch portion had to do. Besides the dock fee of 10 USD, which is added to that, not even pictures are included in the price - you can buy them super expensively even more. In conclusion, I would like my money back. That doesn't even make up for the great ray we saw snorkeling.
