Unforgettable experience and top-notch service - Amazing experience from beginning to end! Everything was so well organized and the service was impeccable, all we had to do was enjoy the ride and activities. The views were stunning and the margaritas delicious. The staff will not let you get thirsty on one of these trips!

GREAT TOUR 10/10 Catamaran Adventure - 10/10 experience. Pickup was right on time and we whipped down the highway from PDC to the marina at Puerto Adventuras. Everyhthing was well organized, ctamaran was modern and exactly how decribed, and we were on a tour with about 20 other people . We had an amazing group (lucky!), tons of fun, and we snorkeled, swam and paddle boarded. Did some flips off the side of the catamaran and had cocktails that never stopped being served, poured right in our cups while we floated on mats in the ocean. Lunch was fine with shrimp, guacamole, sandwiches, chicken pastas served in these cute little bento boxes. Crew was great including, Ivan , Charlie and I am forgetting all the names for sure...Always felt safe . Would highly recommend this company.

Amazing staff, above and beyond - The catamaran day trip was amazing. Transportation was arranged in a central part of Tulum town. We were picked up and arrived to the dock after a 25-30 minute drive. The boat ride was smooth and beautiful to the turquoise blue waters. Generous portions on lunch was given with all you can drink. All the staff on board was so attentive and helpful throughout the whole experience. My partner and I actually booked quite last minute and they accommodated us so well without extra cost. We can’t thank them enough for making the extra effort to help us create such a memorable day on our trip to Tulum. Definitely worth it.

Not worth the money! - Extremely disappointed and very underwhelming. The disorganization within the company is ridiculous. I received three messages confirming different pick up locations and times - 2 on what’s app and 1 on the app, all different people. After informing them, they proceeded to send the pick up shuttle to the wrong location. They finally picked us up at our location, but we had to walk to them instead of being picked up in front of the resort. The ride to the catamaran was terrible! The driver drove extremely fast and dangerously.
The catamaran was extremely disappointing. We were supposed to do a 35-min guided tour to see the coral reef - that swim was 10 minutes max. The location we snorkeled was extremely shallow.
The food on the catamaran was gross. Drinks were poorly prepared and the chips were stale. There were also way too many people on the boat. There was limited room to sit safely.

I paid $90 for my... - I paid $90 for my pictures in cash and didn’t receive a receipt. The girl insisted on putting my email in her iPad to send it and when I contacted customer support for them, they are stating that there’s nothing they can do about it because I don’t have the receipt that I was never given. Now my money and photos disappeared. Also when you get there you have to pay $10 tax free per person which they don’t tell you until the day of. I tipped the staff on the boat and still wasn’t given a receipt for my photos. UNPROFESSIONAL.

Poor customer service - We had booked this activity with a couple of friends. Since we were leaving Tulum, there was transportation offered to the marina from different meeting points. My friend wrote to the company the old transport to specify the meeting place and our names. Once there, our names were not on the transportation list. The driver spoke only Spanish and did nothing to find a solution. He got into his vehicle and then he left. So we called the company for help. They simply suggested we take a taxi at our expense that cost $75 USD to the marina. The two meeting points were very close to each other and several seats were available in the vehicles. It would have been very easy to find a solution. It is a very bad organization and a very bad customer service. For the rest of the experience, it was very ordinary...
I do not recommend this company.
