tired of beach? cenotes - This option is very good to change the routine of going to the beach... I went with friends to this tour, on the bus you already get a breakfast, and inside house turtle you have 4 cenotes to enjoy, open and closed. for all tastes! if you can not swim, don't worry, they give you vests!

Very good - The whole trip was great. The guides had a lot of information, they were accompanying us the whole walk. The resort I liked, keep in mind that there were quite a lot of people, but they are very cute to have a different day and be refreshed. Ideal to make with friends or family. thanks

Great experience - Great tour, shown around two open cenotes and two cave cenotes. Lovely, relaxed day. Would definitely recommend. (Go early so can take lots of pictures without people in the background)

The unforgettable one! - This was the highlight of our 3day trip to Tulum. What an amazing and refreshing experience it was! We visited a cenote for the first time and we definitely look forward to come back to Tulum for diving in the exotic cenotes in and around. The tour operator was reachable. The guided tour at cenotes lasted for around 3hours as against 6hours window mentioned in the tour package. There wasn’t much to do in there after those 3hours. We opted for pickup and drop service and only wished if the drop off timings were a bit flexible. Since our resort was nearby we could take a taxi back to the hotel. Overall it was very good!

Nice tour just be careful as the transportation is very disorganised and messes you around. - The cenotes were great. We had a good time but this got spoiled by the company that provides the transportation from and to the hotel. I think it’s called Sonatours.
The transportation is provided in a big aircon coach thar on the way collects people from different points who are going to different destinations. Roberto, the tour guide, explained we were going to be dropped off at Casa Tortuga and then they would drive the other passengers to their destinations.
They passed our destination (Casa Tortuga) and took us to a car park in Tulum where we had to wait about 30 minutes for small vans to collect the other passengers who were going to other places. When we asked what had happened to the original plan they just said that for logistics they had to change it and that they tend to do it frequently as it’s a “collective” transportation.
On the way back another tour guide joined (Oscar). Both of the tour guides were given different instructions and timings to different passengers which delayed our departure for almost an hour. We were taken to the 5th avenue in Playa del Carmen and after the 1 hour walk we got back on the coach and 10 minutes later they told us to go off and change to the coach on the opposite road as they decided to take our coach to other hotels.
It was very disorganised and they justify themselves by saying it’s a collective service which never got mentioned at the sale point.
Families with children really suffered with this messing around.

Loud music, screaming babies and dirty cenotes - I personally wouldn’t choose this tour again because it’s for a different kind of traveller but I can’t say I didn’t enjoy it at all. I expected the area to be more quiet and natural but it’s more like a touristy swimming pool area with different buffets that play different loud music that’s mixing with crying children that are too young to be comfortable in a place like this. It’s not really a place to relax and read a book. I’m a solo traveller with sensory issues but a family with kids may find this enjoyable. The best part is the cave cenote but they won’t let you go there if you don’t pay for a guide and wait for other people to join. Another cenote was closed and another one dirty so I only swam in one. Pick the earliest time if you wanna have some peace. I think this tour is better for people who have their own car so you can leave early, I felt like 1-2 hours would be enough for me.

Easy tour without turtles - Not worth the money. The transfer there was in a full bus with air conditioning that didn't cool down. The driver couldn't speak English and hardly gave any information. I had to ask other guests to find out what was going on. Stopped twice, once to pay for the tickets and the second time to get the entry wristbands. After the third time we finally got there... it took a total of 1.5 hours to collect the other guests. Getting on and off was pointless. Especially since I was traveling with a baby...
When I arrived I again got hardly any information, there was a guide who gave information, but I was too late to find out everything. You have to pay money for a spin, $7 or 100 pesos. The cenotes aren't particularly beautiful or clean, I've seen better ones! Didn't see any turtles either. Lots of mosquitoes!!! The first guide pointed to two times when you go back. I took the first and that was mine too. Apparently we were split up into either 3 or 5 o'clock. So 2 people were missing... I'm sure they came back, I don't know. This trip was more pleasant and air-conditioned.
I wouldn't recommend this tour. I've been on better tours in Mexico. But it is safe, I had concerns :-)
