Jose, the tour guide, was... - Jose, the tour guide, was great! Everyone was so friendly. The activities were so fun and you really get bang for your buck. Unfortunately, I cut my food during one of the activities which was a pretty bad cut and they wrapped it for me and also checked to see how I was doing during the rest of the tour. The food was also good. Definitely recommend!

Overall very good for the money. - Overall this was a great time. We were charged $40 each for entrance, which was expected. It’s written in the included/not included. ATVs were fun, lots of zip lines. The kids loved the zip line that went 1/2 a mile! For the adults the best part was the Cenote swim and tour. Other cenotes you explore yourselves, but Rafael did an amazing job leading us through the depths of the cenote and explaining the importance to the Mayans. Yes there are people as any tourist destination selling water shoes, bandanas, and souvenirs but they were very courteous. Traditional Mayan food included was good as well. Only thing is it is a long day. We didn’t head back until about 3:30pm.

10/10 Experience - This experience was SO amazing! The day was packed with things to do from zip lining into a cenote, and even a 1K long zip line, to riding ATV’s through the jungle, and even having a guided tour in an underground cave & cenote! The cenote was cold and refreshing and our guide shared that the minerals in the water were restorative for the body and skin. Additionally, we experienced a Mayan ritual together led by local Mayans which was beautiful in every way. This experience exceeded expectations!!!!! We recommend this to anyone coming to Tulum or Cancun!!!! Make sure you come prepared to drive into the jungle to get to the meetup spot if you’re driving yourself or hiring a taxi though!

You'll have a great time! - We had a great time. The last zipline was the best, the view was amazing. Takes about 2 mins to get across. It 1 km just over a half mile long. The Cenote and swimming into the cave was amazing. ATV is ATV, fun. The staff were all very friendly.

Good overall - Everything was okay...but I did get stuck on the zipline and that was not ok. I would hope next time they are better prepared when things like that happen.

At your own risk - I'm only giving 2 stars because the cenote was very good. In addition to the extra £80 we paid when boarding the bus as soon as we arrived at the resort we were hounded by salesmen insisting that we buy water shoes, phone cases and bandanas. Two pairs of shoes and a phone case cost us an extra £45. I asked one of the guides for help opening up the phone case (which I had just bought) who told me no no must be broken you must buy a new one. They were trying to fleece money at any given opportunity, they even lit an intense stick which they called a mayan ritual and asked for donations to the native mayans 😂 They also give you tiny keys to lockers with no landyards or means to store whilst ziplining and swimming in the cenote, if you lost these keys of course it was an extra cost of £10. The whole tour was rushed and extremely disorganised, not giving you time to get changed before setting off with the rest of the group. There are also no opportunities to take photographs as they quickly urge you off the quads. You can buy pictures from them directly though after paying an extra £60 through PayPal. Be careful if you plan to book this trip they are absolute scammers.

I hate Tulum - I never got picked up for my excursion for today. It was the worse experience ever waiting in the hot sun for 2 hours. I would never recommend coming to Tulum for excursions at all. Then i haven’t got a refund or they didn’t try to rebook it for the inconvenience. I’m over Tulum seriously.
